Salon Bogar

I am not one to complain, but I had a horrible experience at Salon Bogar. I had recently gotten a new job so I wanted to move a bit more upscale than the salon I was going to before and I thought this would be the place. BIG MISTAKE. The grass is NOT always greener. The girl I had was a complete snob. I went in to darken up my blonde hair a bit at the end of the summer. She barely listened to what I had to say about what I was looking for and did not pay much attention to the pictures I brought. While my hair was processing, she barely checked on me. Also, while she washed my hair, she was having a full conversation with about three stylists behind me about what her weekend plans were and how she hated techno music. It was so rude. I was ok with the results when I left because I was so irritated at how I was treated that I just wanted to leave. When I got home and looked at it more closely it was a horrible mousey brown and my roots still showed! Last time I checked, the main reason you get your hair redone is to cover your roots! When I called back to let them know how I felt, they said I would have to pay to have it fixed! Are you kidding??? You messed up my hair! What happened to the customer is always right? Needless to say, I did not go back. I went back to Hair Excitement in Nashua. I see Maria and she is amazing. She completely fixed the mistakes of Salon Bogar. She listens to what you have to say, is completely attentive, and cares about your total salon experience. It was so refreshing after going to Salon Bogar.

I've been a client at Salon Bogar for 3 years. I wish I heard about them sooner! Service is exceptional and prices are great. Every stylist I've been to has been amazingly talented! Unlike any salon in the area!

I think you get what you pay for. If you find the right stylist you can get a great service for the price. If your not interested in a product say so and move on. Clean and pleasant. The 20% last minute appt. fantastic. My husband loves to go for the head massage.

I have heard mixed reviews about this salon but after receiving a gift certificate decided to check it out. I was blown away. The people were so nice, my stylist totally listened to me and gave me exactly what i wanted. My cut was great and my highlights were beautiful. Over all it was a great experience!!!

The girl did an ok job with my cut, but did a horrible job on my lowlights and highlights. she missed a spot, didn't take the color all the way down to the roots so it looks like it's already grown out. never again

I Found it to be rather expensive, but the results of my eyelash dying came out nicely. My problem was that I just wanted to relax in peace while waiting for the dye to take, but the lady who did the application would not leave the room. Nor would she stop talking or asking me questions. She seemed to be working for her tip, but I found it extremely annoying, and so I never went back.

i have not been able to find a great salon anywhere in New Hampshire until this one... The people were friendly and my hair looks unbelievable. It was really relaxing and fun. I dont think it was too expensive at all of course i am from Boston.. this place was totally worth it
