Ooba's has served high-quality, healthy, carb-friendly, affordable Mexican food in a casual, funky restaurant atmosphere since 1997. From chipotle-rubbed chicken grill plates and fresh fish tacos with homemade creme sauce to hand-mixed margaritas and mohitos, all of our items are made fresh to order. If you sit at the bar, you can even hear the meat and fish sizzling right on the grill. Our menu isn't from a specific state or region in Mexico, it is an eclectic mix of food we've carefully chosen over the years that our customers love. You can be assured that every item on the "special" menu has passed the "would we order it again" test. We have something for everyone - vegetarian entrees like wilted spinach quesadillas, low-carb plates, and even special meals for kids.
Great food at a great price. My sister who is really picky Loves this restraunt as well. The entree is very large portions enough for 2 people. They have really good smoked salmon tacos

I love the food here. There are a multitude of flavors and spices in all of the dishes and the interior is very colorful and decorative. I highly recommend going here if you are looking for a good, casual family meal and a great atmosphere!

Great grilled meats, veggies, and awesome minted rice and black beans

This is a great casual joint. The chicken is always grilled perfectly (a little charred on the corners, but still tender and juicy), and the salsa bar is a nice touch. The veggies are always cooked perfectly crisp-tender, with a nice tangy citrus dressing. Even their sides are great - the minted rice is so great, and the black beans are wonderfully tender with an awesome crema on top. The grill plates are huge, and can feed two small eaters very easily. This is one of my regular, reliable spots. I just wish their mixed drinks were better, as I tried their mojitos and margaritas and wasn't fond of them at all (too sweet-tart, like they use a cheap mixer).
Pros: Great food, reasonable prices
Cons: Mixed drinks not so great; closed on holidays

Mexican food with character

A great little spot in a Woodinville strip-mall. It has become a regular favorite of mine. Fresh fish specials, great salsa bar, serves beer & yummy margaritas, mint rice, outdoor seating in the summer... I'm so happy to have stumbled upon this fun little restaurant!

It's all about the meat!

For the most part, everything at Ooba's is just good. The only things that stand out over any other Mexican place is the Mint Rice, and the FLAVOR OF THE MEAT!!! The marinating & grilling of the meat is outstanding. So rediculously flavourful. That is the thing that brings me back for more. Flavourful chicken, & beef that mayeeks maw mawth wwwuhtuh!!!
Oh! And the Salsa bar is quite dope!
Pros: Mint Rice, Chicken, Beef
Cons: tad pricey
