Paramount Limousine made a good night for my 25th birthday. i really enjoyed the ride and good customer services that they had. The driver was very nice and professional. That was very good experience for me.

I have used this limo service numerous times because it is so simple to use. Being local, the limo is always on time and many times is ten to twenty minutes early. The drivers have always been knowledgeable about our destination and are overall good people.
The limos themselves are always clean and comfortable. Their prices are very affordable and the lady I was talking to was very nice.
Highly recommend this company. It was so memorable night for me. I have now made them my number choice when obtaining Limo Services.

From The start I had a good feeling about paramount Limousine. This was proven and brought to reality on my Girlfriends birthday. They really went the extra step to give us their best services. The Limo was very clean, meticulous, and the driver ? Roberto? was very prompt, on time, and polite. The bar was set up very nice with champagne glasses and colored napkins. The ride was very smooth and comfortable. He wasn?t jerking off, like the other limo company that we used last time. Paramount Surprised us with a birthday card and a birthday balloon, and that was a nice touch for the surprise birthday party I had planned. I was really satisfied with their office staff, their honesty, and their prices were also very reasonable. booked with them, because of the first good impression they gave me, and despite other lower rates I had from some other limo companies. They paid attention to all the details that I was concerned about and that was very important to me, and that?s why, I highly recommend them to anyone who is trying to use an A rated company.

Worst service, I would never use them again. Driver showed up late, then proceeded to berate us when he got stuck on a curvy road. He took so long to get on the main street that we had to ditch the limo & take our own vehicles to the event, to which we were late. When the company called to see why we didn't take the limo, they gave us the third degree as to where we were going & why. Only use this service if you want to navigate the driver yourself; be yelled at for conditions on the road; undergo great amounts of stress; and have to drive yourself to your destination in the end.

Pros: Uh, they have a listed phone number?

I recently used Paramount Limo when I needed a ride to and from LAX. I was please with their service. The drivers were prompt and courteous and drove smooth (none of that jerky driving). Getting to LAX can be such a pain, but hiring Paramount Limo eliminated that for me. I would highly recommend them for a ride to the airport.

I have never received a complaint from any of my clients regarding the services provided. My wife and me were staying at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel, and all of a sudden I decided to take a limo to Vegas. Paramount Limo showed up shortly after our call with a Brand new Stretched Limousine and we were on the way to Vegas. Our driver ?Robert? made it so fun getting there. This was our 10th year anniversary and I wanted to surprise my wife, and I was also surprised myself by Paramount?s exceptional services, and immediate responses. Driver made us relaxed on the way, and even stopped at a Carl?s Jr. on the way for a quick bite to eat. It was an ease not having to go through long lines of the airports. Our driver gave us a movie to watch on the way to Vegas, and we stretched our legs, and also were able to rest a little on the way there. It is great to have fun, and funny drivers. We called Paramount Limo and asked to see if we could keep the driver with us for a day, and fortunately with the wonderful flat daily prices we got from Paramount, it was hard to resist. Considering how much fun we had, and not to mention that I got a little lucky there, this was a trip to remember for my wife and me. I would like to recommend this company to anyone. Give them a call, and you?ll see how hard they will work for you.

I can not let another day to go by without extending my gratitude to your company for its role in my recent business trip to Los Angeles. From our initial contact, Paramount was Professional, cordial, and knowledgeable with providing me with me with quotes and information. The driver, Tony, was polite, very pleasant and helpful as we embarked on 15 stops to our largest clients in Los Angeles area. I have enclosed my business card for future reference. I am working for a developer in Beverly Hills and booked a car for my boss's clients a week before their arrival to Los Angeles from New York. When I booked the car I booked a black sedan and specifically requested NO limousine or SUVs. It must be a black town car. Our clients arrived on AA and landed 25min. early. They never tracked the flight and were not their for the pick up. I called them and they said the driver is there but is trying to find parking. It was getting late so I told them my client wants to leave with a taxi and they said for my client to go curbside where they would pick him up. So I thought everything is ok and they called saying they had my client in the car. They were suppose to stop at our office and pick up my boss to go to lunch. After about an hour I got a call from my boss, who at this point was infuriated, questioning me why there was a white super stretch in the front of our office to pick him up?!!!! Didn't I specifically request nothing other than a town car??!!!! My boss yelled at me complaining that the driver doesn't even no where is Morton's. I almost lost my job because of this big mess so I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!!

I used their Hummer for my birth day for four hours, the care was really beutiful! Once I got into the car, I couldn't belive they are giving it out for that price! inside was quite spectacular. Plus the driver was very professional, on time, and very friendly. Then we rented a limo to go to the concert, this past Saturday, and we got a ver nice driver and a very clean car as well. They seem like they take good care of their cars.

I have been using Paramount Limousine for almost six years. I love their services and drivers. Their nice and friendly staffs help me every time to make sure every detail is covered. I never found better rate anywhere else with such excellent cervices. Paramount limousine is always on time, reliable, and caring about customers. Paramount limousine has provided reliable limo service and luxurious transportation for my family and staff for over 10 years. My travels normally require early morning departures and late evening arrivals and my residence is far outside city limits. I can always rely on Paramount to get me to the airport on time, and be waiting for me upon my return flight arrivals. Knowledgeable, safe drivers seem to always know the quickest and least congested routes, and always get us to the airport with time to spare. I highly recommend Paramount Limousine.

I was using another company that was late, cars smelled and i always had to find the driver! I have been using limo companies for years and Paramount Limo has been the best. Personal service and follow-up, never late and great cars. Great Service!

I do not recommend this limo company to anyone. Their pleasant on the phone because they want your money but, when it somes down to the service part this is where they fall apart. I've used them a few times and when I expressed a complaint I had to almost argue with the manager to get him to understand my view point. This is not how service should be done. I will never use this company again.

I recently used this company to help make my husband's birthday a special day. I specifically ordered one of their L-Series limousines in black (basically a regular Lincoln with some extra leg room). Since it was just the two of us, I didn't want anything bigger...it just seemed silly.

The day before our event I called and confirmed the reservation. The next day the office called again to confirm-one hour before I expected to leave the house. Needless to say, I wasn't very confident in them at this point. The driver then called me directly asking for directions to my home. By this time, it was 10 minutes before I expected a pickup. For those who know LA, he was at the 10 & 405 fwys. I live close to the 134 & 210. I have to say I was fuming, as we had a dinner reservation in an hour.

When the driver pulled up in an obnoxious white stretch limo all I could do was shake my head in disgust. He was thankful as I handed him hastily printed directions to the restaurant (even though I'd previously given the reservationist the address when I originally called). By the time we finally left the house we had less than 30 minutes to get to Calabasas (in the Malibu Canyon). We made our reservation with 3 minutes to spare-thanks to some speeding by our sloppily dressed and disheveled driver.

To top it off, at the end of the evening, we had to specifically tell him which way to go on the freeways and then he missed the transition. So we ended up giving him alternate directions on the street. When he finally dropped us off at home he inquired about his tip...if I'd previously paid it or if we'd be giving him one.

Overall, I have to say I was extremely disappointed in my experience with this company. I would have been happier with them if they'd said they couldn't take my business because they didn't have the vehicle I wanted or an available driver. I definitely would have respected them more.
