pretty good
I originally went there as a result of a recommendation. I was having some pretty bad skin issues and needed help. The staff at Face & Facial were very kind and offered suggestions on products to help me - and they did!

Great facial, pushy service, high product prices
The facial I got was superb -- really took the redness and inflammation out of my problem skin. It was truly one of the best ones I have had. I also had my eyebrows waxed with great results. I even got some compliments on my brow shape afterwards.
On the downside, Mila was very pushy with her product line. I bought a product (not from Mila Bravi's personal line), and I am very pleased with the quality. However, the price was way too high -- I later found out that the same product as the one I bought for $98 retails for $54 on many online sites. The markup was nearly 100%!
I don't plan to go back regularly because of the poor customer service.
Pros: brow shaping, facial, location
Cons: parking, ambiance

Very good experience
I got a facial with Mila, a pedicure and manicure. The pedi was complimentary for 1st time customers. The manicure was just okay, because she did it during part of the facial. But the facial was fantastic. My face looked and felt just wonderful! I bought the scrub and mask to use at home because I liked them so much.
Pros: Excellent facial, clear skin, free pedicure!
Cons: Pricey, but worth it.

Bad Experience
As you walk in this spa, you hear a radio station instead of soothing spa music. I had other services, but the worst by far was the massage. The masseuse used baby oil instead of massage oil, didnt understand what I meant when I asked her to work out the knots, pressed her elbow into my kidneys (twice), let a cellphone in the room ring 3 times, and ignored the cd player which was skipping. As icing on the cake, when I told the cashier that it was a terrible massage, she didnt offer an apology or discount. Instead, she overcharged me!
Cons: untrained, unprofessional, overcharge for svcs

I've had a facial or too (I myself am an esthetician) and I am obsessed with clear skin and clear pores. Facials here are thorough and not comfortable....b/c they are doing what they are supposed to be doing...cleaning and clearing up your skin. The estheticians here are amazing... and it's the first place I've ever been to where I can see true results (besides the usual exfoliation and steam and cream) after the first time I have been there. I won't go anywhere else... and neither should you.
Pros: Highly skilled, Thorough, Courteous

Pressured to buy products/services
I called ahead to make an appointment and was told that first time customers got a free pedicure or manicure. I decided to get a pedi. I was given the pedi at the same time as the facial (which was strange). The pedi was not great and the person who did my pedi sliced the skin on the bottem of my foot.
The facial itself was great. However, I felt a lot of pressure to buy the over-priced products at the end of the facial. I was also told the wrong prices for the products, which I did not discover until I was checking out.
Also, they ended up charging me $60 for the pedi that I was told was complimentary for first time customers. I ended up paying $300 by the time I was out of there.
Pros: great facial
Cons: pushy staff, over priced products, bad pedicure
