      <title>5 Stars:  THEY  ARE THE BEST (by Henk)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I have a Fujitsu A6120 Lifebook  and had problem with the fan for 3 months.
&lt;br /&gt;It made a terrible noise and living in Amsterdam (Europe) i called 
&lt;br /&gt;Fujitsu Europe to have it fix.
&lt;br /&gt;They could not help me cause i bought the Fujitsu in the USA.
&lt;br /&gt;I called several repair centers in The Netherlands and they all said
&lt;br /&gt;we are going to try to fix it and it might take up to two weeks .
&lt;br /&gt;Since i was going to in New York for thanksgiving i thought i might repair
&lt;br /&gt;it NYC. I googled laptop repair  and Laptop MD popped up and for some reason
&lt;br /&gt;i had a good feeling about it.
&lt;br /&gt;After my arrival i went to Laptop MD and told them about my problem and that
&lt;br /&gt;i would return to europe within a week.
&lt;br /&gt;No problem,it would be ready within 3 days .
&lt;br /&gt;I could  not believe my ears when i called the next day and the guy told me
&lt;br /&gt;your Laptop is fixed.I am very satisfied with service of Laptop MD and my laptop runs
&lt;br /&gt;smooth and silence.

      <title>5 Stars:  Amazing service on a very difficult repair (by rbid1)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Cracked the LCD on my MacBook Air and didn't want to pay Apple for a whole new display ($900). I bought a new LCD online (Ebay) from a seller who had what looked like a factory comparable  brand new LCD  for $150. The replacement is tricky as you have to remove the LCD from the display itself and I wasn't going to attempt it myself. I first went to TekServe in New York and they gave me some story about how it was impossible to do because of some welding nonsense but would be happy to sell me a whole new display for $800 with labor and tax. No thanks. LaptopMD to the rescue. Within a day they had the new LCD in place and my machine like brand new. Bravo!!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Woke up one morning to find my laptop completely full of water and not turning on.  Took it over to Laptop MD and in 2 days I had it back for a reasonable repair sum.  Everything intact, nothing for me to reinstall.  Just awesome.  Would totally recommend these guys.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>5 Stars:  Couldn't believe how quick they fixed my machine! (by jasondobs)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Brought my laptop to laptopMD because my DC powerjack was broken. I'd been to them in the past, but they've made some changes recently. They got a new office with a great view of Penn Station, and their service times are even faster. They replaced the jack and had my computer back to me in just 4 hours. I came in a bit early and chatted with Ross for 20 minutes about the new computer I'm going to get eventually. He gave me some advice that was very insightful as well as some websites to check out for laptop reviews - like CNet. Great customer service!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>5 Stars:  Goodbye Macstore. Hello LaptopMD! (by Katebear)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I spilled coffee on my Macbook Pro and of course brought it to the Mac Store. Not only did my warranty not cover spills, they said that they were going to charge me over $600 and the job would take 2 weeks. I can't be without my laptop for 2 weeks, so I looked online and took a chance with LaptopMD. I was hesitant at first to hand my Mac over, but they had the keyboard replaced and cleaned the laptop for just $250 and I had the computer the next day. I'm very happy with the service and espcially how fast I got back my laptop. I'd definitely recommend these guys to a friend.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>5 Stars:  Fast reliable service for the "traveler's" kind (by Happygoluckyguy)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I just flew in from Houston, TX and i was staying at the Westin Hotel nearby. I was using my Laptop &amp;quot;HP Pavilion Ent&amp;quot; you know just surfing on the web when i spilled my juice all over the keyboard, within seconds my laptop froze and i couldn't get it to boot up again, so i used the hotels computer, found laptopmd but was very skeptical once i arrived. Though once i was greeted by Ross, i felt comfortable leaving my laptop there for the &amp;quot;free&amp;quot; estimate, which in fact was free to my surprise, anyway he told me that it would cost $250 to clean and replace some parts and he said it would be done in 6 hours, well that was a lie because he called me back within 2 and told me its ready for pick up. Other places i called were charging $400 + for the same thing and the wait time was days not hours. All in all it was great service, cool view of MSG and the Post Office, but most importantly i was able to fly back home the next day without buying a new laptop on my companies credit card....&amp;quot;whew&amp;quot;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>5 Stars:  Detailed, Convenient, and Very Friendly (by PaladinHero13)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Thursday night, my hard drive started to run extremely slow. Friday afternoon, I made an appointment to LaptopMD. I got a response about 10 minutes later in forms of a phone call and an e-mail message, letting me know I can come in the next day. I was impressed immediately by the response.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Though I was thrown off by the appearance of the place (it's in a suite), I got great service from the time I sat in the waiting room. I consider myself to be a guy who knows a bit about technology. Hence, when I brought my computer in, I was disappointed that I allowed my computer to get to this point. Ross, the main helper, was not condescending and explained every aspect of what was wrong and how he checked my hard drive. He walked me through the process and let me know exactly what he was doing, which made me feel a LOT better about my computer problem. I also waited for a few hours, which was a comfortable experience, especially since I was able to take care of other things. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The prices were very reasonable. I ended up having to get a new hard drive, which was actually an upgrade of 90 GB (160 to 250 GB). I ended up leaving with a new hard drive and an overall great experience. If I ever had to get something repaired again (which I hope I don't, but still), I'll definitely go to LaptopMD without hesitation. &lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;My motherboard somehow fried I think it was the graphics card or something because I do a lot of video editing on my laptop. I was afraid to let anyone touch my 17&amp;quot; Sony Vaio, but I needed it fixed ASAP! Turns out they had the motherboard in stock, and I got my laptop back the SAME DAY! Plus, there wasn't a mark on the laptop...so I was relieved and surprised. I've already recommended them to a few friends.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

It seems like the only upset customers are writing reviews, and not a happy ones. It?s a human nature, you only remember the bad things not the good ones. You get your computer fixed 10 times and you happy with the service, all you do is move on. 1 out of 10 is problematic, and you run and write a bad review. Where you were when you had 9 good repairs, why not post happy comments? &lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>2 Stars:  You could do better (by Gameguy)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Very close to Penn Station, so convenient, but since they promised same-day service, and I hadn't heard anything in 20 hours, I called.  They said they would call back with the estimate in 3 hours.  After 4 hours with no call, I went back to the office.  They told me the power supply was fried and the hard drive was inaccessible.  They recommended replacing both.  $300 just to replace the power supply.  They quoted $1,100 to retrieve data from the hard drive, claiming that others charged $3,000.  I just took the hard drive and went to a place that put my hard drive files on a DVD in 3 hours for only $150, and I bought a brand new better computer for $360.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I would have expected from all the glowing reviews that they would call when they say they will call, refrain from recommending a repair on a 9-year-old computer that can be replaced for less, and easily recommend data retrieval services 10% of the cost of their current one.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Since it was my first time going to LaptopMD, I was kind of weary about going up to the 12th floor of this building. When I got into the office, though, I could see why they chose this location! What a view of The NY Post office! I liked the fact that as you walk in you get to see the techs working on everything.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I pulled out my laptop that had crashed, and they transfered all the data, and reinstalled windows and it was all done for less than $200 when &amp;quot;Best&amp;quot; buy had quoted me over $300 for a similar job on my last computer.....and they didn't give me a free quote like LaptopMD.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Needless to say, I was fed up with Geeksquad and I'm glad I chose LaptopMD.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I freakin' love this place. I'm a serious gamer and I work nights, so during the day I game - I play WoW, AoC and LoTR mostly. My Dell Gaming laptop I purchased a year ago (top of the line then) just ran out of warranty, and NATURALLY the thing breaks. It wouldn't power on, so I went to LaptopMD and they busted out for me! I got a free estimate (something Geek Squad charges an arm and a leg for). Luckily, it was only the power jack which they re-soldered and gave back to me at 6pm (still had 5 hours to game!)&lt;/p&gt;</description>

It's right by Penn Station, just a stop away on the subway. I stopped in, and the tech .... Zolton I think his name was? knew exactly what was wrong and opened it up right in front of me... the guy was remarkably at screwing.....lol...... I didn't want to be rude and watch over his shoulder, so I waited in the other room for a bit and my laptop was fixed in just 30 minutes. Turns out my graphics card had burned out and they had to replace the motherboard. &lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>1 Stars:  THEY BROKE MY COMPUTER IN FRONT OF ME (by TwLuger)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I brought in a Toshiba satellite to fix a fan problem. The guy told me straight up that it would be 150 to replace the blades if they could salvage the fan or just clean it and another 100 if they had to replace. At first I thought that was fair KINDA. I mean you could buy a used but really new laptop online for like 4. You couldhave probably replaced my machine for 350. But whatever. So they call me later and jack up the price another 25 dollars. I already found a place that could fix it for 100. So I said no thank you. Came back to pick up my computer and the sleezeball manager with the accent told me it was gonna take a couple of hours to put the computer back together. I already took apart the screws to my laptop. It would only take like 15 minutes to take it apart and put it back together. They told me they have to revert my fan back to the original way they got it. Im like WTF. SERIOUSLY skeezy sh1t. when I got it back the computer wouldnt even turn on. They wouldnt let me watch them put it back together either. The guy that was working on it said I made him nervous. DO NOT GO HERE.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Um yeah, neil Fixed my computer. He did it in front of me. I'm a law student and I needed a repair done FAST. My screen kept going BLANK. I paid like a 100 dollars but not only did I get 45 min of great convo while he fixed it, but he also showed me what was wrong and how to do it myself. I felt so stupid going in because he made the fix look easy. I still probably couldn't do it though. He unscrewed like my entire screen to my laptop and re did some power button. The only bad thing about this place is the guy you have to talk to on the phone to get to him. I swear he doesn't know a thing about computers. I WAS ALMOST NOT GOING TO GO HERE. I read mixed reviews about this place and now I can see why. Unless you get Nelson please LEAVE this place. OH BTW they only have ONE LOCATION. I felt so cheated walking in. But I'm glad I got neil. Thanks!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>2 Stars:  Confused, Satisfied, and Angry (by DLevy2280)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Hailing from the west coast, I landed into NYC for business. My computer was running really slowly, and mind you I'm not a technician, but I'm not computer illiterate either. So I Googled this place and thought &amp;quot;wow they have a lot of locations... I wonder if they are any good.&amp;quot; I called in advance and got put off immediately. The guy I spoke with on the phone sounded like a car salesman and didn't really know anything about computers. But they were right on 34th, and they promised that my computer would be fixed the next day. After leaving my first meeting for the evening, I brought my laptop there on a whim since they boasted about a &amp;quot;free estimate.&amp;quot; I walked in and encountered a friendly Asian looking gentleman who greeted me right away, even though he was in the middle with replacing an LCD screen. So we talked, and he admitted he wasn't a TOTAL expert; but he definitely knew way more about laptops than I did. I thought it was a little odd that he would put his ear up to the bottom of the laptop, but after a brief analysis, some weird magic, and a couple of stress tests, he identified that my hard drive was bad and that my documents might be a lost cause. He then proceeded to remove my hard drive, and replace the green board thing on my hard drive - after doing so, he said that extracting the data would be difficult, however not impossible - I gave him a time frame of 24 hours and he politely explained that it could not be done under those time constraints. I was happy to hear that my data would not be a lost cause even though I had everything backed up onto another hard drive, and I was happy to know that after my business trips I would be able to return to the location and let the technician get my data out.....&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;IDK what to say, I loved the service of one person even though the place is completely shady....&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;So I had a Toshiba laptop that wouldn't turn on. I called a lot of places and they quoted me a LOT of different numbers with a lot of different assumptions about what needed to be done to my computer - without even looking at the laptop. I got frustrated with everyone so I just randomly brought it to these guys. After hearing that I probably have a &amp;quot;motherboard issue&amp;quot; or I have to replace the &amp;quot;power jack&amp;quot; I was glad when a technician sat down with me and offered to take a look at my laptop FOR FREE. After a couple hours they replaced little tiny cable underneath my keyboard and charged me for just ONE hour of labor. THey didn't even upsell me on the cable.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

This company was so fast though, that I was able to get my paper backed up to another computer in the same day, while they took 2 days to work on my machine.       <description>&lt;p&gt;So I work in finance (save your boos later LOL) and the firm issued us some IBM thinkpads with the thumbprint security. It's a reliable but low tech laptop. I'd been using it for about 3 months when all the sudden it failed on me during work. I was so scared.... I mean I had 3 months worth of work in the thing. I took my laptop to Laptop MD because I seriously thought it needed surgery. They sat me down, explained to me what could be the problem (which turned out to be the fan - common according to google with the IBM thinkpads) and fixed it the SAME DAY for a steal. Thanks guys&lt;/p&gt;</description>

It was definitely more expensive than I was hoping to pay but that was the cheapest market rate I could find. ANYWAYS, I took it too a couple of places - I wanted to get a lot of opinions because I'm not necessarily the richest guy in the world and I would LIKE TO KNOW WHAT I PAID FOR. I got lots of different and weird quotes, anywhere from 200 - 400 dollars. Some places told me I had to replace the hard-drive because it was corrupted = 400.00. Another place said I had a virus and said they needed to format my hard-drive and reinstall windows = 200.00. These guys diagnosed my laptop and told me I had a windows registry error and fixed my computer SAME DAY for 150.00. I DIDN'T EVEN LEAVE THE PLACE!!!. Thanks guys.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I have had several friends recommend this company and on their experience I thought I would try them, My experience was Great.  I brought in my daughters Toshiba 9000 tecra and it was old but she cherished it. It just stopped working.  The guys there worked on it for several days to rebuild and restore it while saving the documents and folders. It didn't look good and they didn't want me to throw away my money, It was ten years old.   So they offered me an alternative that I couldn't resist. Ivan gave me a choice of several computers they had in the shop and offered to rebuild one (I chose an IBM Thinkpad looks new) They installed a new larger hardrive, 4 times the memory and several bells and whistles my daughter didnt have before on the toshiba at no extra cost because of the delay in trying to revive the old one. Plus they put all the folders from the old computer in the new one. Never lost a picture or an Itune download. These Guys are Awsome. They where so concerned on doing the right thing I felt guilty.  My daughter Loves the Laptop and is amazed at it's performance. All for $ 250.00,  because of the delay,    If That's Not The Ultimate Customer Service What Is?  I visited them three times and each time they had people coming in for repairs and service and not once did I see a disatisfied customer, What I did see was a gratefull clientell knowing they are coming to the right place to get the right job done by the Best.       <description>&lt;p&gt;My Dell laptop died yesterday. Now im no idiot when it comes to computers but im no geeksquad employee either. When i turned on my computer yesterday morning, all I got was a blank screen. NOTHING WOULD COME UP. I called dell and they told me that the computer isnt reading my harddrive. I asked dell how much it would take to fix it, and they told me they would have to do a diagnostic check on it first. They also said that I had to PAY for a diagnostic check. SO BEFORE THEY EVEN FIX ANYTHING THEY HAVE TO CHARGE ME TO FIND OUT WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT. Then I asked them how long it would take and they told me 2 - 4 weeks!!!! I googled these guys and found them on the top. I got everything done SAME DAY for a really really reasonable price. Im glad I came here. TY laptop MD. I was never out of a laptop for longer than 6 hours.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

I took my computer to three different places including BestBuy, none of them was able to recover the data, but LaptopMD were very different in the minute I walked in; they were very professional, and very understanding. They spent enough time explaining the problem to me and all the possibilities to solve it. They were able to recover my data in less than 48 hours. I said no thanks, and asked them for a written estimate to give to my insurance company. They wouldn't give me an estimate unless I paid them $60. By then fed up, this I also refused. They get one star, however, because at least they didn't charge me to drop it off for a diagnostic.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;My video card failed on my computer. So I take it in and they simply disconnect the nice video card and plug in the one that came with the computer. Then they charge me 100 dollars. I tell them it's ridiculous. They have only reconnected an old video card which takes about 5 minutes. Then they ask me to speak with the manager on the phone - he lies to me and says they got a new video card, until he realizes I am not that stupid, and then he totally changes his story... In sum, go here if you want to get ripped off. Definitely not for someone who knows little about computers, or basically for anyone who doesn't like throwing away hard earned cash.       <description>&lt;p&gt;The fan on my Thinkpad T42 failed just before I was leaving on a flight between London and New York City. A complete nightmare!  The laptop said &amp;quot;fan error &amp;quot;on bootup and then shutdown (it does this so the processor doesn't overheat and burn out).  I found out about LaptopMD on Citysearch in my last minute frenzy to find a solution and dashed to the airport with my broken laptop.  I landed at JFK at 1pm on a Saturday, gave them a call and took a cab to their office in Midtown.  The next day I picked it up with a new fan for a $275 repair bill, ready for the week.  I don't know many places in the world that such a thing would be possible for such a reasonable cost.  These guys are awesome.  Thank you!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I managed to freeze up my Sony laptop after a bad bit of self diagnosis.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;After taking my laptop to BestBuy(2 weeks wait) and CircuitCity(incompetent service) I found LaptopMD through this website. They diagnosed the problem within a couple of hours, they rang and after explaining the problem and price, the computer was fixed within 24 hours. I picked up the laptop and they had backed up all of the data they thought might be relevant, despite me forgetting to ask them to. I asked if they had saved my emails and unfortunately they hadn't but they offered to find the data, at no extra cost if I could afford to be without the computer for another night.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The building leaves a lot to be desired, as does the chaotic looking office, but bear with it, look though the tatty appearance and trust these guys, they are very good.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I just discovered LaptopMD on New York Citysearch about two months ago. Since then, they've achieved my loyalty by:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;1) fixing my younger daughter's laptop, when the screen wouldn't work, within a day or two, at a very fair price;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;2) replacing a faulty power adapter;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;3) evaluating a laptop that I was going to send to a needy community in India, giving me a reasonable free estimate on what it would cost to replace a faulty motherboard, and being very pleasant when I decided not to repair it;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;4) install memory chips (purchased elsewhere) in a laptop I am sending to Ghana - at no charge;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;5) when I picked up the two laptops for India and Ghana after the free evaluation, one of their technicians was in the elevator with me, saw I was having a hard time carrying the two laptops at once, and walked me to Eighth Avenue and was willing to stay with me until I got a cab!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;6) Answering the phone at 9:30 last night when my older daughter's laptop hard drive crashed in Boston, when she desperately needed her files to complete rabbinical school exams and papers;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;7) Answering again at 8:50 a.m. this morning and reassuring me when I called to say that we were sending my daughter's laptop to them by Greyhound Package Express, and working with us to arrange a messenger to pick it up at the Greyhound office;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;8)Laptop MD is evaluating it for free, and then will try hard to recover the files today and email them to my daughter. They expect to charge a few hundred dollars (plus $50 extra for emergency service) if their evaluation says they can recover the files.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I'm completely confident that the technicians at LaptopMD know what they are doing.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I've only known them for two months, but I'm already a very loyal customer.&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;My laptop had died (blue screen of death) and when I first contacted them, they said they would call me with an estimate within 2-3 hrs. The following day, more than 24 hours later, still no call.  I decided to make a trip there to check up on my laptop.  When I got there, they were running some disk recovery program in my laptop.  They showed me my laptop and it appeared that they had been able to fix the startup problem and no longer got the blue screen.   I asked them why they didn't call me to give me estimate and they said it hadn't been done completely.  They then told me that my hard drive was corrupted and I needed a new one completely.  They said it cost $200 to fix the computer (what they had done at that point) plus another $300 for a new hard drive plus installation fee.  I told them that they were suppose to call me before any work was done to give me an estimate - i explicitly said that I would not authorize any repairs prior to agreeing to the amount.  They said that they just &amp;quot;happened to fix the problem as they were doing the estimate&amp;quot; and that if I didn't want to pay anything, they could &amp;quot;CORRUPT A FEW FILES AND TURN MY COMPUTER BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS WHEN I BROUGHT IT THERE&amp;quot;.  I have never heard such ridiculousness in my life! How was I suppose to know if I agreed whether they would purposely damage more files on my laptop just out of pure spite??!  &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;After some hassling - and during this time, they were still trying to get me to put in a new hard drive - I finally said, I'll pay $125 and take the laptop now (they were then offering $150 as cost of fix and to back up my data in case it failed again).  &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Moral of the story - when they tell you they will give you estimate before repair - make sure they don't do any repairs before they do that; otherwise, you will be stuck paying for it!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;EDIT - My laptop is still up and running after a week despite what they said!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Wow! I am so impressed by these guys at LaptopMD. My Apple Powerbook needed a hard drive replacement and naturally I took it to the Genius Bar at the Apple store. The &amp;quot;genius&amp;quot; there quoted me about $550 so I was a bit hesitant. Then a coworker of mine recommended me to LAPTOPMD and through their website, I got a quote for under $200 for the same service. All you have to do is call, and i had a messenger by my place within 2 hours. Next dayI got my laptop back, good as new. They send your old hard drive back or can back up your data. The speed and price of LaptopMD really beats waiting in line to pay double the price through the Apple Store... in fact the Apple guys told me I had to wait 2 weeks. Who has that much down time. I highly recommend these guys if you ever need to get your computer fixed -- FAST and CHEAP!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I've been having problems with my powerbook G4 for a while, and things came to a head the other day when the dvd/cd drive died with a cd stuck in there. I made the mistake of going to Apple and Tekserve first, but they did'nt have a clue-  they wanted to send it away for about a week- and were quoting me prices that were equivalent to a new laptop! &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;LaptopMD fixed it for the right price, the same day, in less than an hour, and gave me great advice about where to get a new battery for less too.  Don't go anywhere else- these guys know their stuff!!  Great value great service.

      <description>&lt;p&gt;If you have computer problems that no one can fix take it to the DOCTOR. I have an extremely old dinosaur-like computer that I've been clinging to for the last 7 years. Recently, I wanted to fix and upgrade my system so I chose Doctor Ed. His rates were extremely reasonable and he was able to correct all the problems in my computer. Plus, he was flexible with the times I could drop off and pick up. And he even makes house calls. All in all he turned a complete nightmare into a pleasurable experience.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Dr. Ed was most reliable in getting my pc up and running after it crashed.  I chose his drop-off service, and he was able to provide a turn-around that lived up to his promise (in my case, my pc was ready the next morning).  His communications with me on the phone were attentive &amp;amp; responsive, never dismissive.  Dr. Ed stands behind his repair work, and did offer to follow-up if my pc still experienced any problems.  He makes housecalls, too.  Dr. Ed is efficient and honest, and an added bonus is he's a really nice guy!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Based on the recommendations I read on Citysearch, I called Dr. Ed after my computer was attacked by the Klez virus (and at least one other virus). It was important to me that I have my computer back in 24 hours. In 24 hours my computer was back, the harddrive was scrubbed and my files were saved. And when I needed a driver to get my internet service up and running, Dr. Ed dropped it off himself so that I could get connected. First rate service, reasonable fees.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

We've spent more on a meal out then what he charged us.  He was cordial, efficient and on time.  He answered every question and was very accessible, even by cell phone.
