I have stayed at many westin hotels, and this is one of the better. The rooms have the typical ammendities, but the service is outstanding and you are in a quality location. I would return because of the location, and the price is very reasonable for being right down town.. Quite a deal considering

Great hotel, with TONS of amenities. I've stayed there several times when I'm traveling to Chicago, and I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

Pros: WiFi, central location, great amenities

Cons: NONE

This hotel was very very nice...it was extremely clean which i am notorious for being picky about and i loved it! THe staff was extremely friendly and curtious. The rooms were very roomy and the king size bed was unbelievably comfartable. I had a wonderful nights sleep. The sheets were goose down which was nice...starbux coffee to go ready for you in the morning in your room...a beautiful spa like tub to relax in...a great bar and lovely setting... The dessert menu was wonderful....loved it all. the price was extremely fair......your in the middle of downtown near everything and great to go to the house of blues which is right next door....

I have lived in many hotels in Chicago before. Westin is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed. The bed and the shower are simply the best in town.

My wife and I were looking for a place to stay in Chicago that didn't drain our budget, but provided a bit of class. Unlike some of the other comments provided here, our stay was VERY NICE. I booked online and when we arrived early, got booked into an upgrade and then had our car valet parked and luggage stored so we could go enjoy the city. The lobby/bar area was also very spacious to kick back and have a drink at. The room was very nice, and the "Heavenly Bed and Bath", were heavenly. If you're looking to pinch a couple of pennies and still stay at a nice place, it's a great spot.

Pros: heavenly bed/bath, bar/lobby area, kind staff

Cons: door service

The best hotel I've stayed in for years! The staff, from door to room, exudes happiness. I felt pampered and among friends. My "wake up" call was incredible. I am so use to electronic wake-ups that it was amazing to be awakened by a cheerful, friendly greeting from a wonderful woman who must love her job. It made my day!!

Pros: centrally located

What a star! The beds and new showers cant be beat! No wonder they call them "Heavenly!" Fun area in River North - if you are in for business it is on the north side of the loop and the river north is fun with restaurants and nightlife. Two blocks to Michigan Ave. Rooms awesome - big,, cool decor, easy to work, views!

I work as a consultant and stay there 4 nights a week at least three times a month - and everyone remembers me!

Get upgraded to a suite if you are a member of Starwood Preferred Guest - romantic weekend, book the Celebrity Suite and bring your bubble bath : )

Cool new sushi bar opening up that I cant wait to try. This is my home in Chicago!

Pros: Service / Friendly, Great Rooms, Ambiance

Cons: Sells out often
