My close friend that is employed in manhattan always goes to this jeweler to repair her very expensive items. she swears by this place and she also goes there to purchase her better merchandise for either herself or for gifts. I finally went with her one day and I was very impressed with the store and with the jewelers. The jewelers were all so helpful and professional. I am definitely going to do my next diamond or watch purchase at this jewelry store.

Fabulous jewels

Three generations of women in my family have jewelry made by the Pollak family. The diamond pieces are exquisite,but the colored gemstone rings, pearls and estate pieces are also lovely. Fred has made beautiful pieces for me that I will treasure forever. Tom and Beth have been so helpful over the years. It is worth the trip

Impeccable customer service and a vast array of loose and pre-mounted diamonds (and other precious stones) from both Michael (son) and Frank (father) without the hype of the "Street Level" diamond district hub-bub.
HIGHLY recommended. They will not rip you off.
