breath of fresh air  5 Star Rating - World class

i finally found a company that knows what they are talking about, i enjoyed working with, i trusted, and would actually tell a friend about it. and this is my first time i've been compelled to post a positive review for a company. moving apartments is a pain, the last thing i needed was someone offering help, just to push me into something i did not want. after several, less than successful and enjoyable experiences with other methods, i finally didn't feel like a sales objective. it was a complete 180 degree turn from last years experience and know exactly who to call next time i need a place or if any of my friends do. the biggest shock is my agent actually called me after i moved in to see how things went. i never got a call from anyone else seeing if i was even alive, let alone happy. too much to say, just try it out.

Great Resource for Finding Apartment! 5 Star Rating - World class

My agent, Elliot Small, did an excellent job finding an apartment for me. He took the time to really talk to me and figure out what I was looking for in an apartment. This really helped because I am not from Chicago so I was not familiar with the city. He showed me a couple of different apartments which I all liked. I ended up settling on one and he was there the whole step of the way up to me signing my lease. He was very patient, professional, and really went the extra mile. I encourage you to ask for him the next time you're looking for a place to call home!

Great service 5 Star Rating - World class

I have worked with Homescout numerous times, and they are great. Katie Bommarito is a wonderful agent, very helpful, smart and knows where to look! Never takes you somewhere that is not within budget, interests, etc. Great working with her!!

Pros: Does all the work for you, Katie is a great agent, wonderful customer service
