To any future customers of Tru-Green, I believe the salesman when he told me,"visible results-guaranteed". They also said, there trained professionals will work until you are satisfied or refund the amount of your last application. NOT TRUE.I would not pay my last payment to them, because the lawn did not respond and every time I rec'd a call for the payment I would ask for the manager. The office staff said he wouldn't talk to me and pay the bill. I have also sent many letters to him and the only answer I got back was from a collection agency for $68. So be careful with them and my only choice I have left is small claims court or the Attorney Generals Office. Beware Macbeth

Trugreen is a great company for lawn care with reasonable prices. They are dependent. They have great employees who for example will call you to remind you of your next service. I would recommend this company.
