I am so sick from wasting my money with laser cosmetica.
to all the below..please contact me . i am getting a lawyer and need your support. it took two months before they returned one call. and now have called everyday but kim garcia in accounting will not return calls. they are the most unethical business i ever dealt with...and they dont care..lets please work together to get our money back!1

I never write reviews for anything. But I must say, I am truly disappointed by Laser Cosmetica. Please don't make the same mistake I did and waste your time and your money on something they promise...but will not happen. When they sold me their services they promised me great results for my hair and skin type. Two years and a few grand later, I see very little in the way of results. I have spoken to numerous employees trying to see what else I should be doing. And it was like, as soon as I paid in full, no one cared. It is impossible to get an appointment in your appropriate time frame...which could be adding to the poor results. The technicians are rude and unprofessional, and frankly seem to be untrained. Even some of the technicians speak poorly about their own machines and services. They are catty and speak poorly of the other girls and locations. I was recently called by a "manager" to be told my appointment in that location needed to be canceled because the machine was broken. I asked to reschedule, and they stated the machine would be broken for a long time, and I should make an appointment at another location. I called back to complain, and found out that the machine was actually not broken!! Apparently, the downtown location was annoyed that other locations were sending them too many clients and they were canceling appointments! My friend has had laser hair removal with a different company and she is seeing great results. I believe Laser Cosmetica is the problem. Please don't make the same mistake i did, and don't waste your money!

There is a constant rotation of personnel - which translates to minimally trained infants using a laser on you. The manager is so sweet when selling a package but as soon as you hand over your credit card (all is paid up front) that is where the special treatment ends. You can look forward to never being taken on time, multiple cancelled appointments, and never quite knowing what your going to get. That is if you can get an appointment. Most treatments require a visit ever six weeks but the wait time alone is usually eight weeks. And no refunds at all - it is against corporate policy. WORST.DECISION.EVER

I have signed up for a package 3 months ago recommended by a friend. But it's the worst decision I've ever made. This place gives poor attention to details on your treatment and they couldn't care less. You get slow results because of their poor attention on your needs. Honestly, whoever says it's the best place ever it's totally NOT TRUE, there are certainly other places out there serve their customers with heart. The good comments were always written by their own people while the bad ones were actually from what people have really experienced. From my horrible experience, "Ladies, think twice before you waste your hard earned money!"

I signed up almost 3 years ago for lower legs, extended bikini and also chin. My lower legs have responded very well. But the hair in my bikini area and also on my chin seems to be extremely resistant to treatment. It is very frustrating to have paid all that money and keep schleping into the city to have less then mediocre results on the chin and bikini area. I have light skin with dark hair,. supposedly the best type of candidate. They can't explain why I am not seeing results in all 3 places. They're blaming on biology and the way hair grows???

I have been using their service for hair removal on the face and have seen no results in the past one year. If anything, the hair growth has increased because of the continuous shaving. Maybe its because I'm Indian and their treatment is not for my skin type. And the service in the downtown center is pathetic!
