I get pedicures 1-2 times per month. I called them to reassure myself they were sanitary which they claimed to be. The place looks nice, but they lie. The pedicure lasted 30 minutes, and the massage was 5 minutes. They don't have an area for drying your nails. They painted my nails so messy that I had to go home and take it off to repaint them. They kept pressuring me to upgrade my pedicure to a 15 min for $15 massage (in which other places usually massage for 15min w/out the extra charge). She also cut my big toe nail so funky at a 30 degree angle on both sides, as I asked for square shaped nails, she said she couldn't because of ,my nail shape which I always get square nails (it's because of how she cut them. I was pretty upset when I left. I could of did them myself for what she did. On top of using a used pumice to smooth my heels she barely did so, that my heels were in the same condition as I walked in. To top it all off, she was talking the whole time to the other manicurist who didn't have a client at the time.
Pros: Nice floors
Cons: The staff including the self absorbed receptionist, the service, sanitation
