The very best facial I ever had. From the first step inside you know its special. So warm and inviting. Not only is my skin radiant,but I got a bag chock full of goodys free. The service is uncomparable,no rushing just excellent technique. I'll always come back for the one of a kind service.

Always get fabulous facials here and I try different ones. All excellent especially the vitamin c and oxygen facials.Dip in the sauna feels great too.

My experience at Skin Institute is the best! Shelia has been doing my facials (+all my friends & family)for about 11 years & I wouldn't go anywhere else. I recently moved to Midwest, but come back 4X's a year for her amazing facials. No body does it better, from Miami to Michigan. She's remarkable.Fab skills & attitude. She's #1 forever.

Don't know what happened but my skin started going crazy. I tried different things but nothing would clear it up. A guy at work said to see Shelia at skin institute and she'd fix me. Man,he was so right. She cleared it up so fast my husband akse if I was wearing make up. Wow,I love it. I have to go every month or so but for sixty bucks, its really worth it. She got me to use sun protection too,since I wasn't using one.It makes a big difference. Plus it doesn't clog my pores,which are finally getting smaller again. Love the pkace. I can relax with the music, herb iced tea and get clear skin. It's the best.

I drove up from South Miami so I could have the best microdermabrasion facial.The place was better than I even expected.It was this quiet place with beautiful furniture and a dreamy scent. The best part was this thoro facial. Shelia ran the machine all over making my skin smooth to touch.Then she did extraccions for about 25 minutes,getting all the white creamy stuff out. I was surprised to only be a little bit red after all that work. The way she massaged me almost made me sleep. The organic mask smelled so fresh I knew it was working. When she finished after about 95 minutes she gave me a bag full of free products to use at home. I even got a cool tee shirt and bottle of water. All this with a perfect looking skin for $80. I feel like a Queen. The other people leaving looked just as happy. I have to check the website for all the other body treatments they do.

The very best you cn get.. A very thorough facial to remove built up dirt. Feel clean and look like a million bucks. She told me what she was doing and why. I liked that. The room had these cool hi-tech machines with different color lights. When I got up I saw my clear face-wow-it never looked so good. Great price for best facial.

3 of us guys were on vacation and wanted to chill out. The concierge recommended Skin Institute and we went for the best time yet. They were all so cool and gave us a memorable time. Wowed by the faacials-never had facials like this in Chicago. We're hooked. 6reat music,great surroundings,best of all,greaat results. Wish we had this baack home. Glaad they gave us bags of little things to taake home to try. What a major treat.

This will always be #1 since all the girls here really care about their customer's needs. They give the best facials so professionally. I've had a few micro dermabrasion facials and they helped my pores like 100%.They all serve you fresh drinks and smile so you know they love what they do. It's such a professional atmosphere with candels scented beautifully and this great spa music. Even tho they specialize in facials the body wraps are great too. So good for toning up! I will always love coming here cuz my face never looked better. They helped me go from blotchy to fabulous skin. I use the clearing serum to keep the bumps away and love it.

Not worth the money or time. The service is bad, not a relaxing atmosphere, and the padding on the seats smelled....The facial was pure for show and did not improve my skin at all.

We had a group of girls visit this place, and we would not go back even if it's for free. The owner of the place is rude and seems unstable. The service was terrible, two of the girls broke out in hives after using the skin institute's lotion. Unless you want to have a similiar experience, we recommend that you try another spa.

This place is dirty and has terrible service. The products for sale at the place are repackaged and labeled from low grade products. It's highly likely to be unsafe. Be careful!

When I tried microdermabrasion facial I was so happy. My face is g;owing. I like the massage and all the good cream and mask. I come for best every two month. I love the beautiful rooms. I can relax and feel good for only $80.

It's been almost 4 years since I found Sheila @ Skin Institute. And my face has never looked better. She works magic with her healing hands and blow-away machines. I've had lots of facials and nobody can come close to her. She 's been doing it forever and really knows skin. She's helped my breakouts go away. Now I use the right stuff at home to keep my face looking it's best. She'll change how you look so that you'll be getting compliments from every one.

I found Skin Institute on City Search and now my acne is gone. My first
visit reduced at least 1/2 of my acne. The microdermabrasion is so cool. My skin is acne-free. I had this problem for over 4 yrs. and saw so many MD's and facialits with no results. If you have acne, you can fix it. Ask for Sheila; it's her speciality. Your acne will be gone; no more acne. I love how my skin looks. This is the best. Thanks, Kevin

I've been coming from the grove every month for more than 2 years for the absolute best facial in town. Sometimes its micro-dermabrasion and cold lights and when I need a lift, its the electronic lifting with pads over my face muscles to tighten and firm. Noticeable results. Now I get ID'd at clubs (LOL). I gave my mom a champagne and caviar facial for her b'day and she still raves about it. My b'friend and I love the couples massage with (get this) Free champagne. Special occassions are more special! Everyone is so gracious-helping with our spa robes and slippers, asking what aroma-oils we prefer, serving us healthy treats. Its hard to find this kind of service any-where. Thats what makes Skin Institute the #1 Spa.

Everyone raved about Skin Institute, so I had to try. WOW! The BEST facial of my life! My bumps &uneven tone are gone. Sheila worked miracles! No wonder they've been around for over a decade. Most places in Miami never last more than a year or two. The oriental feel of the spa is divine-beautiful music, live plants, candles-everything you need to relax. I've brought several friends & they all thank me. As excellent as her facials are, the different masseuses are also great-try a couples massage-it's so romantic in the dimly lit room-you won't forget the experience. These women (and men) work hard to make your stay unforgettable. Go for the Very Best facial & a wonderful experience.

Cozy Spa with the Best facials in Miami. New Times & City Search readers voted it #1. Unbelievably great facials, massages & body wraps. Great selection of skin products & other goodies. Best kept secret-hidden in building off Biscayne. Both men & women can enjoy fabulous services.
