Hydra Dry Cleaning and Water Damage Specialists

I was very skeptical about having my carpets cleaned until I telephoned Hydradry. The young lady that answered the telephone was very knowledgeable of the process and took her time to explain the difference between steam clean and shampooing. They even had coupons that I was able to take advantage of. The technician came to my home in uniform and was very nice! I was truly satisfied with the carpet cleaning and you would of never known my carpet were ever dirty! Thank you Hydra Dry!

I would not recoomend doing business with this company. Upon calling in with questions, the two employees Rosalie and Patricia were very unprofessional to deal with. Rosalie rushed me through my questions, seemed bothered by my call (as if I intererrupted her day) and put me in hold without asking 3 times in 3-4 minutes. The second employee Patricia was rude, raised her voice and when I asked her why she was raising her voice at me, she continued to be unprofessional. She even went so far as to say" well I can do one better than that. I can just hang up on you. Do you wanna see that?" Needless to say, I immediately hung up on her. This is really a business? You have to be kidding me?! These ladies really need some elementray level training on customer service. Perhaps if you schedule service with a technician, things would be better for you.

We used Hydra Dry a few months ago when we had a flood. Our insurance company sent them so we had no clue what we were getting. We got a very friendly gentleman that took his time to explain to us just what he would be doing. I saw the cost of what we would have paid and for all the work they did they were priced just right. I Will use them again.
