The only reason I chose this hotel was because of the "value". I called the hotel and informed the manager that we would be traveling to Sedona for my birthday, so I asked her what kind of deals she could give us. She price matched the price I saw on expedia & told me that she would upgrade me to the king suite with a jacuzzi. When we arrived on Friday evening they put us in the wrong room. The kid on staff said that he couldn't authorize moving us to the room that we were promised over the phone. But he said he could clear it up in the morning when the manager arrived since he couldn't reach her. In the morning we were told by another kid at the front counter that the manager could still not be reached & unfortunately they would not be able to move us to the room we had originally booked because they mistakenly overbooked the suites.

My fiance were having a good time in Sedona, so we didn't complain too much at the hotel. We just wanted to make the best of our time there, especially since we wouldn't be in the hotel for much of the day anyway. We left the room at 8:30 am on Saturday for sightseeing , & didn't return until after 4 pm. Our room was not cleaned, the bed was still unmade, & we never even got new towels. We called the front desk requesting towels immediately, but after an hour of waiting my fiance had to go downstairs to pick them up himself. Later that night we went to a restaurant and returned to our room with our left overs. We couldn't even use the fridge because the icebox was frozen over. We also tried to use our fireplace that evening, but we couldn't get it to work. Again, we called the front desk for the expected service, & the kid at the front desk wouldn't even come up to check the fireplace. He then said that it probably needed maintenance so it should be up & running by Monday.

We will never stay at the Wildflower Inn again. The customer service was horrible. Spend the extra $40 and stay in better hotel
