The Chocolate Swan was created 20 years ago in Elm Grove, Wisconsin, out of dreams and a passion for baking and chocolate-making. Quality and customer service is paramount in every aspect of their shop. Being a family-owned, American-International bakery and chocolate shop, their pastries, tortes and chocolates are all classically created. The Chocolate Swan uses only the highest quality ingredients in everything it makes because the makers love to see someone enjoy their products. The store is located within the Mandalay Place shopping mall. Specifically, the store can be found on the "Mall Level" (second floor) of Mandalay Place adjacent to the Burger Bar restaurant. This location houses our kitchen, where every single one of our products is made. Additionally, our store offers customers a wonderful patio and comfy sofas where you can enjoy dining on one of our many desserts.

Overrated and Overpriced 3 Star Rating - Satisfactory

There's not much to say about this other than the desserts look very nice and the atmosphere is fun. For a first date, this might be entertaining to just visit and see. As a chocolate lover and someone who enjoys trying new things, I found this to be bland and overpriced.

fantastic chocolate experience 5 Star Rating - World class

My husband and I have been to the Chocolate Swan several times. The staff is warm , friendly and very helpful. We have tried several of their desserts...our favorites are the "too die for" chocolate dipped strawberries and their carrot cake. A huge bonus is to have the carrot cake and a glass of wine ...sit out on their patio and do some people watching. Can't wait until we go back and try some of the other desserts to add to our list of favorites! tbyars

5 Star Rating - World class

Great for a chocolate covered strawberry, or just about anything sweet you can dream of. This place has unique & fun gifts too. I enjoy stopping in everytime I'm at Mandalay.
