Terrible, terrible, terrible. Not just this branch, but Bank of America as a whole has been a colossal disappointment to me. I went into this branch to get verification for some savings bonds I had deposited. It was simple: serial numbers, amounts redeemed, and date deposited. As another commenter said, they wouldn't even sign a piece of paper to confirm that these had been put into my account. I had an entire home loan riding on a single signature, and even after speaking with my mortgage officer, they refused to provide it.

I have banked with BofA since childhood, and my family has as long as they can remember. Even after having over $20,000 in accounts with them for years, they refused to grant me my first credit card at any amount. After receiving multiple offers from other banks, I went with another institution.

My boyfriend's check card with them was canceled unexpectedly, with some vague letter of explanation that referenced "security" as a reason. In the mean time, he has been unable to use his card to pay monthly bills.

Management drives tellers hard to push products on people who often don't understand them or can't manage them. Overheard at another branch: a couple, earning $18,000 a year between the two of them, were maxed out on multiple credit cards and overdrawn on their checking account. This was back when banks were doling out credit cards like it was no big deal, so the lead teller encouraged them to sign up for another. Does it make the branch's numbers look good? Of course. But it's awful policy, and potentially ruinous for those who are struggling to make ends meet.

I'm pulling my money from this bank tomorrow, putting the money toward my home loan, and closing my accounts. Hallelujah.

I'm managing funds for my parents, as their legal guardian. This requires filing reports to the court, and those reports require verification of statements issued by the bank. However, B of A will not supply such verification. Their own branch VP is unable to sign a piece of paper verifying that the amounts shown on the statement they issued are correct!! Unbelievable!! They will not vouch for their own statements!! They can kiss $80,000 goodbye.

I have found that Bank of America as a whole is just a horrible bank.
Recently I asked for a temporary card and they opened the card in another account. After paying for 1000 dollars in bills from an account that was not mine they decide to make everything fraudulent.
It seems to me I run into problems with bank of America as a whole. Not only are they rude on the phone but they find every possible way to pinch every dime they can from their bankers.

Obviously the staff is both very young and inexperienced and lack proper training. In two occassions while making deposits they have put a couple of extra ceros; while having more than sufficient funds everytime I mad a deposit they would freeze my account. On the phone they were rude to me...I wonder if it was due to my Spanish name.
