Great service no buying pressure 
When I went to Jewelsmith I was both impressed by the quality of service we received. Although their selection of jewelry is not as vast as some of the chain jewelry stores, they truly have a number of unique pieces. Both times I went I was greeted with helpful consultants who were able to access my needs and make appropriate recommendations. I did not find anything there that I wanted, but to Jewelsmith's credit I did not feel any pressure to buy anything. They have reasonable prices and I would definitely considering visiting them in the future.

Quality Jewelry
I don't know much about jewelry, but I know diamonds sparkle a little brighter at Jewelsmith than any mall jewelry shop. I needed to buy nice earrings for my mother and sister and found the customer service unbelievably friendly. You can even have jewelry custom made and work within whatever budget you need.

Far and Away the Best in the Triangle
I have shopped at most of the nicer jewelry stores in the area and Jewelsmith is definitely in a league all it's own! I moved here ten years ago from New York City and it even gives the exclusive stores there a run for their money. First and foremost, the jewelry designs are amazing. The quality and selection of the stones they use are the best I've ever seen in one store. If you don't shop here you are really missing the boat- when it comes to fine jewelry.
Pros: incredible staff, great prices, 5 goldsmiths!
