west lake pool and spa

This is pretty much a one-man-band of a company. The owner has no sense of professionalism or of delivering services. on at least 3 occasions he came and filled up my pool left the hose in the water and some days later I find that the water has been on full the whole time.

One time he had a new worker that he didn't train who did nothing other than empty the pool of leaves - and then left the leaves right by the pool!

Another time the pump was leaking for weeks and they didn't tell me! I only realised when I had to continue filling the pool only to realise it wasn't because of the summer sun that the pool needed filling it was because of the leak. They knew about the leak and said and did nothing.

I do not recommend this company.
