This school takes so much time to do anything. I made trips, half an hour to and hour long trips to this school, that were deemed ""necessary"" for one or two pages of paper that could have been faxed to me. The reps are knowledgeable to an extent. After speaking with the director of admissions, I concluded that an hour long, to 1 hour and a half interview would not be worth the stay at the Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts - Miami. After the rep told me I would have to pay ANOTHER 50$ application fee, after I had already done so at the San Francisco location, the director assured me that with some communication that fee could be waived. My friend at the San Francisco school warned me about this one, and I doubted him... He had moved to San Fran from Miami, as a transfer student, and I wondered why, but now I understand what he meant by Miramar's campus being a ""bummy"" School. Don't be surprised when the glamour and awe of this ""Educational Institution"" wears off... Because it does quick. All they want is your 50k, and for you to sign contracts and loans, and before you know it... You'll be stuck like me. Instead of having my Associates program available at the school, it's migrated to an online program. They give you the tools to succeed, and the food, but so will any culinary prep/line cook job with cooks that are willing to train you. I do not recommend this school to anyone under 30 years old that will not look at it as more of a graded experience than education. Read the reviews on Le Cordon Bleu online. Watch the food network. The Art Institution of America is a much more serious and professional place. I wish I would've gone there. Good luck! I hope this helped somebody.

It has everything you desir, the flavors are on point. The setting is four-star and delightful for the whole family to enjoy. Each person working to serve is a student in training showing the skills learned in to time\r\nthey are inrolled. You can see everything that is going on the kitchen during you dinning experence. It is a very wonderful experence to see and understand that everything you are enjoying is being made before your eyes by students in training and it is done so well. I hope the could soon be able the serve their own wine and mixed drinks in the future, But you can bring in your own wines to dine with. My plans are to return again and again for more of this dinning experence.
