Yext.comAfter moving to the area for work, I was happy to find a close and caring vet for my 3 cats and 2 dogs. The staff is great, the vet is wonderful and spent a lot of time with me explaining everything that I needed. The fees were reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone new to the area.

I have been going to Crofton Vet Center for over a year now and they are the best Vet in the area. I have used 2 other local Vets and both were more expensive and their customer service was horrible. Crofton vet treated my cats like they were family. They even remember their names. Their staff was very friendly, patient, and helpful. One of my cats can get very upset whenever going to the vet, and the technician and Dr. did everything in their power to make her comfortable and relaxed. They took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and my cat was healthy and happy. They explained all the vaccines and made sure my pets weren't getting anything unnecessary since they both stay inside. I always have an easy time scheduling appointments (even if i need to come in the same day!), they are very understanding and accommodating. Their prices are reasonable and usually less expensive than other Vets in the area. It's always a clean and comfortable, bright atmosphere. Its a pleasant experience bringing my pets there.

I recently started going to Crofton Veterinary Center after visiting several Vets in the area. I was very impressed with level of care and compassion. The staff and vets were very knowledgeable, thoughtful and polite. The prices seemed reasonable compared to other places in the area. They answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed. Most impressively, the place was extremely clean and did not have the odor that you usually experience in a veterinary hospital. Overall, I felt that the staff and vets cared about me and my dog and that we were in good hands.

My experience with this clinic was very pleasurable. They were very knowledgeable and the place was spotless. I was seen within minutes, and my pet saw more attention here then at my own home. I've been to other places where they were short and moved us out like an assembly line but any questions i had were answered. They took there time and made sure I knew everything they were doing, My cat is very difficult to handle and sometimes i cant watch, They offered to take her into the back treatment area if I was uncomfortable, Which to me was very nice. A+++ on service from everyone and keep up the great work!

We used to bring our two dogs to this veterinarian center until I realized they were more concerned about making money than caring for my two dogs.
This clinic will routinely schedule vaccinations and exams that are not necessary and if fact could be harmful to your pet if administered too often from the research I have done.
They charge for an office visit even when only administering a vaccination. Other Vets in the area do not have that policy. On top of charging for the office visit they insist you as the pets parent sit in the waiting room while they take your pet back to the exam room without you. If I am paying for the visit I want to be able to visit with the doctor and get my moneys worth by having the opportunity to ask questions during the visit.
They always seemed to treat our dogs kind enough but the concern about constantly scheduling us for treatments that are not necessary and overcharing for office visits put a bad taste in my mouth.
We are changing vets immediately and will ensure that the new vet we choose does not use the same policies as described above.

take 3 of my cats to this vet and couldnt be more happier. I've worked in the vet and rescue field both which involve doing surgical procedures on animals and its very easy to blame the vets and practice for the loss of an animal while being under anesthesia. Even with bloodwork theres always a risk, And my question/comcern is about the procedure itself. Declawing is never reccomened by any vet and i've inquired about it my self to this veterinary practice, which they didnt reccomened it therfore I never did it, But if you do the research on declawing it is a COSMETIC surgery/ELECTIVE surgery, meaning not necessary so I blame the owner for even trying to have it done. This Vet practice is outstanding and all of its staff is too. First let me say that the receptionist Nikki is very funny and very very friendly she always knows me when i come in. I've seen 2 techs Erika, and Nina, both very knowledgable and share similar experiences in life which to me is very important. They've been there quite awhile now which is also very imprtant to me. all 3 of my cats are very comfortable with these techs and the Vet, Dr. Harker has been my vet for 3 years now. I would trust any of these women with my cats lives regarless of the outcome and that to me is all I need to continue bringing my animals there. I highly Reccomend this practice to anyone. My only advice is research any surgeries or just ask the staff if they would do it to there own animals. Like in human medicine theres always a risk with anesthesia, the only differance is people can talk animals can't.
