I have had Botox regularly for the past few years and Dr. Picerno is, by far, the best injector I have ever had, the results are amazing and the procedure was painless. I will definitely return to her when I need more Botox. I am also very excited because I have a chemical peel scheduled with her for next week. I am confident that I will have amazing results from this also. I would not trust anyone else to do this procedure for me. srh

I had botox and laser removal of a skin tag on my face by Dr. Picerno and her staff. The process was so quick and virtually painless and I love the results! My forehead looks fabulous after these procedures. I would definitely do it again in the future.

I had a chemical peel which was painless! I loved the way I was professionally treated by her caring staff and I love my more youthful look. I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend Dr. Picerno for all your facial concerns.

She is a very good physician. Helped my daughter who I brought to her with recurring ear infections. She made a diagnosis and was finally able to treat her. This office is very techie and all records are online.

I was referred to Dr. Picerno's practice by one of my doctors for balance and throat/neck problems. She was the first available doctor that I could get an appointment with. Judging from the reviews on this site, she must be a great plastic surgeon, but from an ENT perspective, she wasn't the best. From the beginning of the visit I could tell she didn't want to handle my case. She was short with me, unfriendly and condescending. She did at least do an exam of my throat and neck, but was not very forthcoming with information when I asked her about comments she was having her PA write in my chart. She acted as if I should not be asking questions. I will give her credit for recommending further testing for my balance and the support staff was very kind and professional on the two additional visits I made to the office. I just wish when I had called in for an appointment, her staff had directed me to a doctor who specialized in ENT issues rather than a plastic surgeon who saw my issues as beneath her skill set. More to the point, I wish she had said that she prefers to handle plastic surgery cases and that she had referred me to one of her more willing colleagues. I will be searching for a more interested ENT to help me with my health issues.

I saw several doctors for chronic sinus infections (8-10 per year) over the last 8 years using every antibiotic available. I decided to leave my doctor and see a specialist. Dr Picerno recommended and performed sinus surgery on me about 3 years ago. The only sinus infections I have had since the surgery have been my fault --forgetting to use my nasal allergy medication. Since my surgery, I have referred three other family members for ear, nose and throat issues, and all have been extremely happy with Nicolette.

Dr. Picerno injected the lines around my lips with Juvederm in April 2007. It is now nearing three months and the result is still very good. Dr. P was excellent - a real artist with this procedure. My lips look natural and back to what they were 10 years ago. They are not lumpy and are not over done. It hurt to have it done, but not excessively - sort of like bee stings. I actually went back to work, but will take the rest of the day off next time because it did swell some, but was gone in a day or so. The procedure was worth the pain and cost. I will have it done again and only by Dr. Picerno. Great office, super staff, wonderful doctor.

Dr. Picerno performed upper eyelid surgery on me earlier this year. I am very pleased. I had no bruising and minimal pain following the procedure. Dr. Picerno was very thoughtful postoperatively and even called me at home to see how I was doing!

I recently had an injectable procdure with Dr. Picerno. After goign through this with her, I cannot imagine goign anywhere else. She was the most down to earth, calming and genuine doctor I have ever seen - and not just for cosmetic surgery. At the same time, she was extremely well informed and my results were astonishing. Her staff and office were equally great and attentive. To top it off, she is very qualified and is even double board certified. I will be a lifelong patient of Dr. Picerno's and will recommend her to everyone I know.

I went to Dr Picerno because my friend had her lips done by her and they looked fantastic. I just wanted mine a little more pouty and when I had them done before at other doctors offices, they always looked like one thick line. She made them look beautiful and it didn't even hurt. The staff was pleasant, I did not have to wait and they even called the next day to see how I was doing. I w0uld definitely go back there to have it done again.
