They always seem to have fun music playing that you can dance to (anything from Notorious BIG to Britney Spears). When they are not playing sports (yuck) on their huge screen Tvs they play the matching music video. Their drink prices are average for NYC. They have a fantastic 3rd floor outdoor bar with a great view of midtown. My only complaint is that Tonic tends to be pretty crowded. I have had trouble getting to the bar to get a drink. When I first went here I was very surprised at the wonderful atmosphere and the service was great too. The food was good and the music that is playing is not too loud so that you can't hear yourself think. I would definitely go here again and it is good for the NYU and Bellevue workers to take a load off and relax! Great hangout place. First Review! The service was amazing and we danced all night. And the rooftop...wow! Our bottle was very affordable and everyone was happy in the end! The event planner and all the managers were so helpful in making sure my birthday was extra special!
