We have had two kids at the International School of Boston for 7 years now and think this school is an undiscovered jewel in the Boston educational field. We can afford any private school but love the small classes, the bilingual education, the high academic level (especially in Math) and the diversity of national origins. I really think parents should consider it as a very interesting alternative to high level private schools or Boston Latin.

As a former student of Ecole Bilingue, now the International School of Boston, I found the classes extremely boring, the administration ingratiatingly servile and the teaching staff turnover atrocious. No effort is made to link students with students of other private schools. There is no school psychologist or LD teacher on staff who can assist students with "issues". One of the best things I left with were a handful of loyal friends. I wish the administration would treat their staff with a similar loyalty.
