Driver forgot to leave an extra gas can as specified in the contract so the Jump house deflated about 30 min into a 4 hr contract. Company was completely unresponsive to our calls.

Driver forgot to leave an extra gas can as specified in the contract so the Jump house deflated about 30 min into a 4 hr contract. Company was completely unresponsive to our calls.

My 4 year old's party was scheduled for 11:00. I called to confirm delivery of jump house earlier in the week. They charged me 2 days before the event. They were to be here 8am to 9am. Just before 10am I called to check on where they were. They asked us to call back. "We are unalbe to contact our driver".

Finally, at 10:30, they said "The driver is running behind and will be there in about 30 min". The party started, the guest arrived and no jump house. 11:30 and they finally arrived. Then, they were to pick up between 5pm to 8pm, and they RANG THE DOORBELL AT 10:30PM.

The driver had given us a number to call about a percentage off. Now, the manager is refusing to give us a discount because "It says here they told you they would be there in an hour and a half. The discount should have been given at the time of drop off, and you did not call us back when the driver arrived to drop off the item"

So, I am in the middle of a 4 year old birthday party and I am supposed to stop every thing and call them because of their poor business practice. Besides, since when is it the customers responsibilty to let the business know what the employee is doing??!!
