I feel so lucky to have found a wonderful manicurist on Oakland's Piedmont Ave. Lu Ng runs her own lovely shop where she offers manicures, pedicures, facials and waxing. The shop is spotless and well appointeed, wher methods are highly professional and safety conscious, and her prices are affordable.. Lu Ng, a Vietnames- American is a vivacious, intelligent and funny conversationalist.
I highly recommend her services.
