We want to take the time today to express our appreciation for the excellent work done today at our home. We just came back from a trip to find our machine not wanting to drain, a machine full of stinky water is not good times. We called a large company that told us a week, another that did not speak English clearly, then we tried Paul's.
We were pleased to communicate with someone who spoke in a professional and clear manner. Taking the time to understand what was going with our machine. Obviously not looking to making a quick-buck or trying to schedule us to charge a fee.
David, spent several minutes reviewing what could be wrong, taking time to help us understand why our machine was working on day and not the next.
Arriving in the time frame he provided, the machine was repaired.

I own a Kenmore Washer and Dryer which was not working well in the least. Our clothes were coming out wet in the washer and the dryer was taking forever.
We called another company and what they wanted was a deposit before coming over. There was just not a good vibe about the whole thing.
I did so more research and found Paul's Service on a local ad.
Spoke with David and felt comfortable that I have found a good guy.
My machine just needed some basic repairs, and it is working good.
I appreciate anyone who takes pride in their work.

We called Paul's to repair our Maytag Washer and it is working perfectly. We want to share that we tried to arrange with another company but we did not get a good vibe.
Concerned of being taken advantage of we felt some reluctance in using anyone. But after having Paul's Service we have a great company to recognize and share our experience with.
On-time, professional and excellent work.

I called Paul and he was so very helpful. Another company came over and we did not trust what they had to say. Telling my husband and I that we needed a new motor for our dryer. There was nothing wrong with the motor, there was a sock stuck. Use these guys.
