First of all and the major draw back of this company is lying. They gurantee 99.9% network uptime thats actually about 82%. When running a business that relies off of stable networking, this is not the company to lay your hopes in.

When they go down, expect no customer service from them, its like they take all of their phones off the hooks so it can just give everyone a busy. And within a few minuites after the problem is completely resolved, their phone systems mysteriously starts working again, and when you ask "Did you have a network problem" their response is "What the heck are you talking about? We haven't had network issues in a long time".

So there are a lot of lies comming from these guys; with very freequent outages, some small, some just very long.

Again their customer service/techs are a joke; seriously, and never lease a server from them, you'll have less problems from a 10 dollar ebayed server.
