Gindi Thai / Sushi / Bar

That is actually the name of an appetizer they serve here. Other dishes both Thai and Sushi further impressed us with flavor and arrangement. Cooking in with aromatic spices such as in Thai food sounds easy but to strike the balance of five to six spices is not easy. The service is terrific. The staffs always smile which is no surprises since the customers here do too. How could you not when the food tastes so good?

Gindi Thai surprised us really. We didn't expect authentic Thai dishes in this part of the city. We had grilled chickens, Pad Thai, red curry and Miso seabass. They were exceptionally seasoned and prepared. The curry is really spicy so no toned down dishes here. The service is very friendly. I read that their lunch time is packed so we went there for dinner. Being in a little nice part of LA, I think Gindi Thai is the best Thai food in Toluca Lake.
