TASTE AWFUL! BAD BAD KOREAN!!!! 1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

This is definitely not a real korean food!
Firstable they don't serve PanChan which is so not Korean Restaurant - their food are so wimpy and blant.
Although waitress were quite nice so I don't want to say I completely had bad experience but DO NOT GO if you are looking for real Korean food. No wonder there are no customer.

Greedy Owner 1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

Food is above average Korean Fusion. Good chef. But if youre looking for excellent Korean, look elsewhere. kimchi is only traditional Korean side dish served.

That said, I recommend avoiding this place. The owner is a greedy man who doesnt pay his staff even minimum wage. Mistakes made in orders (by staff or customer) come out of the staffs payment or tips.

Pros: Good Food
Cons: Greedy Owner

Great food, exciting drinks and attentive service 5 Star Rating - World class

Having walked by several times, I finally popped in and this place really exceeded my highest expectations. I found the tasting menu divine (although with such large portions, it was hardly just a tasting). The pumpkin soup, pear salad, and fish entree were all top notch. Also wonderful was the Lychee soju was a delightful drink - like a lychee martini without the bite. I should have gotten a bottle all to myself!! I was dining alone, but can't wait to go back with friends!

Pros: Great food, Fab drinks, Attentive service
Cons: None

bootleg korean food 2 Star Rating - Wouldn't recommend

sorry but there was nothing fantastic about this restaurant...if you are korean and really enjoy korean food, you are better off either in flushing queens or your best best is gonna be the restaurants on 32nd street...they call it korean food but its just a bootleg version of what REAL korean food taste like. The service was good thou

Pros: decent service
Cons: horrible korean food

great service & food 5 Star Rating - World class

Went to Sura for a birthday. Our group was seated promptly and we were attentively waited upon through the whole dinner. We were served a complimentary sushi platter due to the birthday occasion and the restaurant elegantly served the cake we brought in. Pumpkin soup and pear/ pork delight appetizers were excellent, sushi was very fresh, and the kimchi saute and kalbi dishes were favorites. We were also offered robes to wear towards the end of the meal.

Pros: great customer service, excellent food
Cons: no delivery to my neighborhood
