I used lifebooker to book an appointment for highlights and a cut. Julian was my stylist. He seemed nice at first and seemed to understand that I wanted natural golden blonde highlights. I even brought in a picture of the color I used to

Alessandro no longer works at the Bon Bon, and I want to get my wife another appointment with him as a Christmas gift-can someone help me get in touch with him or tell me where he works?

I tried this salon due to a deal on .urbanspoils. I am new to the area and needed color - when I saw the deal, it looked good. I really like the color but the service was iffy. They were a little too busy, kept me waiting for a while and there was no acknowledgement of the fact that I had to wait 20. In the end, the color was worth it though!

I just moved into murray hill from the upper east and I decided to try a salon in the area because, I have been disappointed lately with my usual place ever since my fave stylist disappeared. I was recommended by a couple of girls at work who got the Brazilian blow out at the salon, I guess that's their most popular service, cuz everyone at my office got their brazilian blow out there. Anyway, I just wanted my color done. So I walked in to loud dance music which was fun, the receptionist was so sweet and was able to accommodate me immediately. Julian took care of me, he was so professional and he did an amazing job on my color and cut. My hair is so shiny and the color is so rich, love it! I usually never get suckered into buying anything at salons, but he somehow convinced me to buy morroccan oil treatment, which I recommend to everyone. It smells amazing and it really makes the hair so soft and shiny. I've been using it each time after I wash my hair and my hair has significantly improved.

This is my first ever review. I said keep length, don't taper. He said we don't use machines, only scissors, don't worry. I now have no sideburns, an uneven, tapered haircut. Supercuts is better. Don't go.

This is the first complaint or review i've ever written in my life. After the way I was treated at Bon Bon Salon this evening- I felt compelled to share my story. I'm a bride to be who is getting married in a few weeks. For the past 8 months, i've been having my hair cut and colored by Alessandro Nera, a stylist at Bon Bon Salon. Over these past 8 months we had planned out a cut, color and style for my wedding day. I was so happy with his work and trusted him so much that I asked him to style my hair the day of the wedding. He told me he was taking a long vacation in June and would be leaving the country for over a month. He wouldn't be available on my wedding day... so I found another stylist. We did however plan for him to cut and color my hair before he left for vacation- so that it would be consistent with the style and color we have been working to achieve over the past 8 months.I called the salon several weeks before his departure to make my appointment for my final hair cut and coloring before my wedding. The receptionist informed me that Alessandro's last day would be June 1st. She scheduled me for a 6pm appointment on that day.
A few hours before my appointment on June 1st I received a call from the salon. The receptionist called to tell me that Alessando was busy and had to cancel my appointment that night. I asked her what I should do? I explained that i'm getting married in a few weeks and was depending on Alessandro to cut and color my hair in the fashion that I wanted it to look on my wedding and that this was unacceptable. She told me she'd give Alessandro a call and talk to him. About 10 min later Alessandro called me directly. He promised me that he would give another stylist at the salon the exact formula to mix and apply my color and that he would come to the salon at 7pm to check on the color and cut my hair. I'm a reasonable person and I understand that things happen in life and I was just happy that he had agreed to come to the salon and cut my hair despite him not being there to apply the color.
When I arrived at the salon a woman Alessandro recommended applied my color. I sat for about an hour as my hair color set. At 6:59pm she approached me with a cell phone saying Alessandro wanted to speak to me. Alessandro told me that he was stuck and unable to come cut my hair. Naturally, I was upset, a little emotional and had tears in my eyes. Despite my hurt and anger- I never yelled, raised my voice or caused a scene at the salon. I had planned my wedding hairstyling around Alessandro's schedule... only to be left high and dry! I told Alessandro that I understood his situation and he told me that this same woman could cut my hair if I like. I told him that I was afraid to have someone cut my hair for the first time EVER right before the biggest day of my life! I decided to forego the haircut and the hairstylist rinsed out my hair.
What I found most upsetting about this entire situation was not that Alessandro stood me up right before my wedding... it was that NEVER at any point did anyone from management come over to say they were sorry about the situation. No apology from ANYONE at the salon and as if things couldn't get any worse... I was charged FULL price for the hair color I received by a stylist I didn't know and didn't necessarily want doing my hair in the first place! I ended up leaving the salon out $105 and with wet hair (because they informed me that a blow dry would be an additional $50). It angered me so much that they had the nerve to try and charge me for a blow dry after everything I had been through! The lack of customer service at this salon is unbelievable! They have definitely lost a customer. Please don't trust them for any big events or special occasions- I would hate for anyone else to have to go through what I went through this evening.

Was supposed to have an appointment with a man that i heard had good reviews. After waiting patiently for 40 minutes, thinking it would be worth the wait, I finally just asked to see someone else. The woman who cut my hair had the first chair by the cashier, and she did a decent cut but nothing special for what I paid. Also she pushed color and conditioning which I didn't want and after I declined she completely lost interest in me and rushed through the blow-dry. I wouldn't go back.

It was a pure coincidence that I came accross Bon Bon, and Rodrigo. The first time I went in, Rodrigo cut my hair, and I loved it, the second time I went in, he suggested that I put in some highlights and he put so much time and effort into his work, that I was very impressed. I just got my hair colored and cut yesterday, and I am receiving so many compliments. I dont have any experience with the other staff at Bon Bon, but I am a client for life under the hands of Rodrigo.

I used to go to the most expensive salons on park and madison and loved what they did but about 3 months i lost my job. I had a job interview and knew i needed to get my hair done some place where the price was fair and they still did a good job. I saw this salon and figured what the heck lemme give it a try. The stylist i was given Lana was such a sweetheart. Not only was she the nicest person in the world, she knew what she was doing and the assistants made sure i was comfortable... The end result was I ended up getting my hair colored and a few highlights which looked flawless...She also did a gorgeous job on my hair cut and made me look like a million bucks. Who knew you didnt have to go to the highest price salon to recieve such great service and great results. Im writing this review to let bonbon know that i got the job! Yay! and will be seeing them more often. Thanx

I've been going to Julian for some time now getting my roots done, haircuts and weekly blowdrys. Finally after much convincing, I decided to lighten for the summer with a half head of hi-lights. I was soooo scared because my hair is so fine but he did an amazing job. The color is so perfect, very fine, subtle hi-lights looks natural, just the look I wanted and my hair feels just the same as before without any damage. I chose a dark golden caramel kind of color because my base is dark. He didn't use bleach but rather their color which is by far the best I've tried in NY. Its the only color that doesn't dry my hair but rather makes it so shiny and soft. I just had to write this review because I couldn't thank him enough at the salon and yes Julian you were right! I also wanted to add something completely off subject. I happened to read the previous review and I'm surprised because I met Rodrigo several times at the salon when I got my hair done and each time I saw a client come out of his chair, the hair always looked great. I've never had my hair done by him personally so I cant say anything from experience just by what I saw. But, if a hairstylist is telling you that you shouldn't go any lighter due to the fear of damage, I would listen. That's just my opinion. On the price issue, the prices aren't exactly cheap but they're definetly not expensive. I'm from NJ so the salons by my house charge a bit less but the quality is much worse. I pay $70 for my roots and $140 for my hi-light at Bon-Bon, which I don't think is that bad. I know salons in manhattan that charge $150 just for the roots. If you're unsure about which stylist to try, I would go to Julian obviously but I'm sure everyone there is great.

I called Bon Bon to book an appt. with Olya, but was told she left and that Rodrigo was available and was great with color. All I wanted was to lighten my hair 2 shades and add blonde highlights. For a top salon this shouldn??t be an issue, in fact there were many blondes they were working on that had dark roots like me. I brought him an EXACT sample of what I wanted. He spoke Spanish to me, told me he would fix the brassiness at my ends. He was nice, made small talk and I thought great! Well when he did the initial color- my hair was the exact same color as when I walked in. I didn??t really mind because he said he would do the highlights really good. He was rushing me through it, because the owner/front desk lady kept saying he had other clients, he spaced them out sporadically and got more of the top of my head than anything else. He did not show me how they developed, but peeked at the foil and said it looked ??beautiful? . I trusted him, and even spent money on a deep conditioning treatment. When I got back to the chair I could see my hair was brassy. He said no trust me when your hair is dry it will look beautiful. I asked for a TRIM and even showed him how much I wanted cut, he cut almost 3 inches off my hair- I told him I didn??t like this at ALL and he said oh well I wanted to cut even more!? That??s not for him to decide, its MY hair. He blew out my hair in a very odd way when I specifically asked it to be straight. I told him I thought the color was too dark- and it is a strawberry blonde- very brassy! -and his response was ??your hair is damaged, I did not want to lighten it any more, trust me in the sun and after you wash your hair it will turn lighter, it will be beautiful?. WHAT??? What kind of professionalism is this? I am so upset, but him and the woman at the front kept assuring me I looked ??beautiful?. I thought maybe he was right, but now its Monday and if anything my hair looks brassier with uneven highlights. I paid SO much money and he did not even do ONE thing right. And to top it off, no one corrected him. I am so busy at work, and I have a vacation coming up, I really wanted to treat myself?I could have f***ed up my own hair at home for under $20, and at least I wouldn??t have a horrible short haircut to go with it. Not to mention he talked me (and various other clients throughout the day) to buy a ??special? oil and conditioner. Please, please do not go here. Even if everyone else is booked and they are the most convenient to you. They will make you feel horrible. I don??t know where Rodrigo trained, but for the work he did Bon Bon may as well hire me because even though I have no training I would listen to what the customer wants. They are trying to save money by hiring colorists/stylists with no training and jacking up their prices.

Pros: none

Cons: bad haircut, lousy color, expensive

I stopped into Bon Bon, the other day, for a blowdry. My stylist, Rodrigo, listened to what I wanted and then gave me some advice for how to care for my hair when I got home. I liked him so much I ended up getting a color and cut and you know what? It's the best I've had in my entire life. He was a doll. Friendly and cheerful, and I can't believe how good my hair looks. I'm so thrilled. I live in Miami but next time I'm in New York, I'm going back to Rodrigo and Bon Bon.

I used to stop into Bon-bon, every now and then, if I was in the area. Now I go all the time since I was getting much better service and style than my regular place, closer to home. Because I used to go fairly infrequently, I never settled on a regular stylist (I could never remember who I used the previous time). Now that I'm visiting more frequently, I may pick one, but everyone I've been to has been friendly and considerate, and I've always left happy. Bon-bon isn't cheap, if you're used to a quick-cut kind of place but the prices are incredibly reasonable for a real, professional salon with full-service care. I have referred a number of my friends and I will continue to.

My stylist recommened a color that would work best for me and a cut that i could maintain. He was so sweet and helped me with products so my hair can get healthier. My hair looked great. I chose Bon-Bon based on the reviews here at citysearch. Don't make my mistake. Although the girl at the front desk is very polite and does her best to make you feel comfortable, the hair stylist Rodrigo completely disregarded my requests.
The only thing I wanted ? highlights touche up!
He telling me how I was ?the most beautiful girl he had talked to all day?. Him laughing and blah blah, distracted my mind.
I came there with light caramel color highlights & left with scattered ashy-gray stripes with some spotty lowlights. On top of everything he pushed me to have Brazilian keratin treatment done. I thought it was a serious conditioning treatment. The stylist assured me this product had no formaldehyde. I think the treatment stayed on my hair for 30 minutes, in addition, he used a flat iron throughout, to seal in the product. In total, I spent there almost 5 hours, and I was asked not to wash my hair for 48 hours. Those two days, my hair was extremely flat, but that was not the worst of it. When I finally washed my hair, I noticed it had been completely destroyed. The structure of each hair strand looks as bent and wiry as corn-husk hair, But drier than dry.
My hair was needlessly damaged & the worst part of all- the stylist don?t care...

I had walked into BonBon after a co-worker of mine kept raving about it , I walked into this place not knowing what kind of treatment i needed to get to fix this hair of mine that a previous salon ruined . The stylist suggested the brazilian keratin treatment he said it eliminates all frizz and losens up my curls so that it would be easier for me to keep up with, Its honestly the best treatment ever. My hair is easier to maintain and it looks and feels so much healthier. I love this place, and the staff is fantastic!!

I have now been back to Bon Bon, three times. I've been looking for a salon and stylist to stay with and I'm pretty sure I've found it. A friend recommended Rodrigo for cut and color. He was cute and friendly. He really seemed to care about what I wanted and what would look best and I am THRILLED with what he did. My hair looks the best it's ever looked. The other two times were equally positive. I would highly recommend Bon Bon and Rodrigo. My friend has seen other stylists, there, and also been very happy. So far I've only seen R.

I'm very picky and crazy about my hair. I don't like it too short or too long. My sideburns must be just right and the neckline cannot be too high or too low. I guess I'm a metro sexual? I had Christian one time and he did a great job on my hair. He's a real nice guy, easy to talk to, actually listened and did what I told him to. He got me addicted to this KMS paste they sell, unbelievable stuff. When Christian was off, I had Olya do my hair and she did a good job as well. She used some other product on me, but i prefer the KMS. Of course the most important thing is my girl loves the cut. She goes to the salon too for color and stuff. Besides the stylists, the salon is real nice, always clean, shampoo is good, price is reasonable, music is great, and the front desk girl is so cute and sweet. Its always a pleasure to be there. I especially love the wine service, good idea Bon Bon :)

Anyone who needs something new now, and for the holidays, need to visit Bon Bon hair salons and spa. You wont regret it. Trust me.

See you there.

Few days ago I get for my boyfriend 1 hour massage at the Bon-Bon spa and he was so mad at me after
this "spa experience", this place not only dirty ( towels is not clean and massage bed was covered with
some paper towels?) massage therapist, her name is Larisa, ask him extra money for some special
service for men only, happy ending I guess. This salon and spa call upscale, may be it was, but now
I'm taking my business somewhere else.

I recently walked into Bon Bon on Lexington. I was happy with my hair color but a friend had told me I should get it changed. My stylist at Bon Bon recommended something darker than I was initially comfortable with, but I agreed. I walked out a little unsure, but the response I have gotten from friends and coworkers has been beyond belief... "more natural", "makes my skin look better", etc. I knew I loved the cut, right away, but now I LOVE the color. I will, certainly, go back to Bon Bon.

I've read those hysterical reviews where people are in tears about their hair, and I've thought, "oh, whatever, it's just your hair -- $uck it up!" Until it happened to me! I went in to Bon-Bon hair salon, on a friend's suggestion, and asked for a cut and color. And while the cut was fine, the color wasn't at all what I wanted, what I asked for, or even approaching what could be considered acceptable for walking out the door with any kind of dignity whatsoever. All the while, I have my stylist(Rodrigo) repeating, "I love it! It's great!" (as if to convince himself). It wasn't great. I looked terrible. I immediately called the Christopher Stanley Salon, who graciously accommodated me and one of their color specialists corrected the mistake that the Bon-Bon Salon was only too happy to charge me for. I'll never go back to Bon-Bon.

I've worked on lexington for many years and for many many years I have been going to Janet, she's my favorite. I see her once a month for my color touch up and trim and about twice a week or so for my blowdrys. Basically Im a regular! I followed Janet from a different salon and thankfully I didnt have to go too far and I must say even though i would follow her anywhere, I'm glad she chose Bon Bon because they have always been super friendly, professional, and the whole team is quite talented so if Janet is busy or off I can always go to someone else and get the same results. Plus, this might sound crazy but my hair looks and feels so much better than what it used to years ago in her previous salon. Its more conditioned and shiny, perhaps its the color or the products she's been forcing me to buy but whatever it is,
I'm very happy. I must say bon-bon is a bit more high end than the other salons in the area and slightly more pricey but Janet and the rest of the team are definitely worth a try.

I was a walk-in on a weekday afternoon and there were only a handful of people in the salon. The service was good and a wash/cut/blowdry was pretty quick. It was pretty standard and there were no real problems, but as a first-time customer, I brought in pictures of exactly how I wanted my hair. My hair is very fine and I requested it to be cut all the same length, with some bangs in the front, but the hairdresser (who had thick curly hair--the opposite of mine) really tried to convince me to get layers throughout. I've made the mistake of being talked into that before, so I insisted on what I came for and she finally did it, although she still didn't cut the bangs so I had to trim several inches off myself when I got home. I was also harangued to buy a bunch of salon products which I didn't need. For $75, it wasn't super expensive and I was fairly satisfied, but for all the hassle and the fact that I've gotten better cuts for half the price, I'm still looking for a better salon to frequent.

I had just started working in the midtown area for about a month now and happen to walk by bon bon salon on my lunch break. I looked inside and saw the stylist working on their clients. I walked in asking when was the next avilable appointment. The receptionist informed me that the stylist would be free in about 5 min and walked me over to get shampooed after a relaxing shampoo from there assistant the stylist was ready for me. She blew out my hair in 25 min and did a remarkable job. Thanks bon- bon for making me look beautiful on my lunch break.

I came to bon-bon a few weeks ago during one of their busier nights hoping to get in for a qucik trim and blowdry. Although they were very busy at the time, they said that they could fit me in. So after the BEST shampoo by the assistant, he escorted me to my stylist. He was a friendly guy who actually took his time to make sure my cut was just right, despite the fact that they were busy. I paid about 75 for my cut, which is actually better than some of the other midtown places I've been to. Altogether it was a nice and non-stressful experience and I will definetely be back!

Recently i went to Bon Bon Hair Salon and Spa. I went there for a Brazilian wax-it was my first time there. The wax was done by a woman named Larisa. Everything went well and it was very painless. Upon getting the wax done, i was somewhat nervous and unsure. But Larisa made sure that the atmosphere was comforting and i felt calm knowing that she was there. Larisa is very charismatic and gentle. I appreciate it very much. I plan on getting my next wax with her. She also did threading on my face. Initially, i wanted to wax my eyebrow and lip but with Larisa's amazing advice, i did threading instead. She told me that since i have sensitive skin, that threading is better. I have absolutely no regrets coming here whatsoever.

I usually come to New York on business during the holidays and i've never had a bad experience. I go there from my hotel and they take me right away every time! Natasha or Christian usually blowdry my hair for the events that I go to. Im glad I found this business in such a convenient location. I tell all of my friends to get their hair done when they come to the city!

I have been to this salon twice. The first time was for makeup and a blowdry. The salon was incredibly unorganized. When I finally got my shampoo & blowdry, they argued about who would do my makeup. (I had made the appointment weeks prior.) Although frustrating, they did do a nice job, so I thought I would give them another chance when I needed a hair cut. Again, unorganized chaos. When I finally made it to the chair of a stylist, I asked for a simple trim. She cut off several inches & my hair now has an odd shape. When I called to schedule another appointment to have this "fixed," they insisted on sending me to the same stylist. Why would I go to this person again when they botched the first job?? I eventually made an appointment with a more professional salon in order to rectify the issue. I would not recommend this salon. Although the other location on 3rd Ave. may be better? I have not visited that location.

I recently chopped off 10 inches of hair and Serge gave me the best haircut I've had in a long time! It was stunning and all of my friends and coworkers had nothing but praise for it. Not to mention I feel like a completely new person (which was just what I needed). He took his time, and explained everything along the way.We talked for a while too before he even let my hair be washed. We talked about my own style, my styling habits (good and bad!) and daily routines (I'm a office menager and work out a lot and need hair I can tame for such events). Even though I was making a drastic change, Serge didn't rush a single thing. He didn't hide anything either and was honest about each facet of the cut. It was a great experience with a new stylist too (I moved back to New York a year ago and hadn't settled on a stylist yet). I was terrified that I wouldn't be able to recreate the look after washing my hair but he taught me everything perfectly! My coworkers didn't recognize me at work the next day because they all thought I was "a movie star!"...which is a high compliment coming from middle still sophisticated and classic. Serge is my new favorite person in the world, and I can not wait to go back to him! Not only that but the entire salon was filled with great athmosfere which made me feel very welcome and comfortable!I really can't say enough praise for Serge!

Pros: I wish I could come here more often

Cons: bad air conditioning

I recently went to bon-bon salon to get a few highlights fixed that my last stylist messed up. My stylist's name was charlie and he was very sincere and caring to my needs and my previous bad experiences. My hair turned out beautiful. I was given wine and everyone was attentive to my needs. I went back a couple of days ago to get it touched up by another stylist, i believe her name was natasha. Again, it turned out beautiful. I will be going back regularly.

They do good haircuts, but jack up the prices. The first time I went, right after they opened, I was lured in by a sale sign on the door, announcing haircuts at some low price (I think it was $25 or $30 "and up."). Afterward, they charged me $55, which I paid -- I figured it was my fault for not nailing down the price before the cut. The second time, they quoted me $50-$55 before the cut and charged me $65 after the cut. A few days ago, I went in for an eyebrow wax and was talked into threading (which I really didn't want) for $12. Afterward, they charged me $15, not including tax. I don't know if it's a miscommunication or if they're doing it intentionally or what, but I won't be going back there again.

I recently moved from connecticut to midtown manhattan and I needed a new salon for my wife and I to get haircuts. We looked on city search and found bon bon and figured we'd give it a shot. We made appointments to get our hair cut at the same time. First of all, the salon is in such a convenient area. Secondly, the people are very friendly there. They made us feel very comfortable by offering us wine or coffee. Everyone was very nice. The gentleman who cut my hair, ruben, was amazing and very fast. My wife decided when she got there that she also wanted highlights, and her stylist, william, got her in and out in an hour and 10 minutes. Her color and cut was the best it had ever looked. Im so glad we found this place. The prices are average for midtown manhattan and its definetely worth it. We will be going there all the time for our haircuts! We are satisfied and Im positive you will too! Thanks bon-bon

A few of my friends go to Bon-Bon and always recommended it to me. Finally I was fed up with my previous colorist so I gave them a try and not only did I finally get the color I wanted, but my hair has never felt or looked better. They have this amazing japanese conditioning treatment. Its a bit pricey but totally worth it!!!! It literally saved my hair. For the first time since I moved to Manhattan, I get compliments on my hair from everyone and I always recommend them to Bon-Bon. The people are soooo friendly and wonderful. The shampoo guys are fantastic. My colorist, Serge, is amazing. I come for weekly blowdrys too with anyone thats available and I have never been dissappointed. The prices are affordable for the quality compared to most salons in Manhattan and they're right next to my job. I dont know what I and my friends would do without them.

Two months ago, I went to Bon Bon and sat down with a colorist and told him I wanted to cover my few grays. I suggested highlights, but very specifically told him I wanted a subtle look for my dark brown hair, meaning no blonde - I wanted a lighter brown. He nodded in agreement, but an hour and a half later, I came out looking like a two cent hooker.

I walked out in shock, and he tried to cover up his shock, too - something had gone horribly wrong. I had large swaths of orange/yellow hair, especially framing my face. He told me to come back after the weekend if I didn't like it ... I did come back, and the other colorist, Serge (who's good) tried his best to fix the mess with an application of toner. That was a temporary fix. Plus, I could no longer comb my hair after a shampoo. It was a dry, matted mess.

Two months later, I was getting brassier by the day and embarrassed to show up at work like that - people were staring at my orange hair and not saying anything - not a good sign. Yesterday I went to a local salon on Long Island to try to correct the mess - the colorist was amazed that a midtown salon had done such a job. She said the look was anything but subtle - that the guy at BonBon had done "blocking" on my hair and that it wouldn't have looked so bad if he had lightened thin strands of hair rather than huge wide areas - and that my only alternative would be to do semi-permanent color until the hair grew out.

I didn't even tell her that BonBon's snooty manager, "Tuta", had played interference and not let me speak with the owner as I had requested, and essentially told me that they couldn't do anything for me, that they would not refund the $166 that I had paid and that I would be getting their coupons in the mail, since I was on their mailing list. Tuta said all this, calling me "sweetheart" multiple times during the conversation, which I really resented. She made no suggestion that I meet with the owner so that the owner could actually see my hair disaster. The best she could muster was talking about coupons, as if I would ever go back. Not in a million years - these people need an attitude adjustment.

Just recently moved to the city, and have been really hard pressed to find a great colorist/hairstylist that a)knows what the hell they are doing, and b)wont cost me half a paycheck. Went to BonBon this week, and had a single process and haircut with Nigel (who also does Jessica Biels hair), and I LOVE IT! he is so sweet, really listens to you, and explains everything. I have never loved my hair as much as I do now....Also- the hair washers (especially Carlos) not only did a great and gentle job of washing, but gave me a ten minute head massage that felt amazing!! Although I dont know about the other people there, I Highly recommend Nigel!!

For the last six years I've tried many spas in the City, but in no one have I met an esthetician as professional, knowlegable and caring as Julia. After her facials I look and feel young, at least much younger than I really am. Plus I don't have to worry any more about chosing a wrong product for my skin, because I know that I can always rely on Julia's opinion and never regret it. That's why I make sure that every girlfriend of mine who needs facial, massage or just a consultation on face care, meet Julia, the only esthetician I trust.

Cons: sometimes too busy, have to make an appointment

I've been going to Julia for many years. Even after I moved to Philadelphia, I continued to go to her on monthly basis. Julia's facials and advice on skin care greatly improved the condition of my skin; she is always careful and thorough, and the massage is relaxing! Her demeanor was always polite and respectful. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for good quality and friendly service.
