Cozy atmosphere
Very laid-back and cozy spot...good selection of food and drinks. If you like smoking a little hookah, this is a nice choice. Music is very lively but due to limited space, you can't dance here.

Romantic, Fun, Great Food!
Although the service was lacking (very slow and uncaring), we had a wonderful dinner (celebrating a birthday) and romantic evening. Divan has very good food, and the atmosphere is indeed cozy. Make sure you do not wear a short dress or skirt because the tables are very low to the floor! Divan's interior decor is beautiful, with pillows, fabrics, and low lighting, it is a great date spot. I will return just to have the Duck Leg Confit appetizer again. The duck is some of the best in Atlanta. It is seasoned just right with a mix of cilantro and blackberries. It falls right off the bone and is not too soggy, the boyfriend loved it and he is not regularly a fan of eating duck. The Six Spice Potatoes are pretty good, they have a spicy little kick. We had the Shish and Lamb Kabobs for dinner. The meat could have used a little more spice but the delicious basmati and saffron rice made up for it. We skipped dessert and ordered the strawberry flavored hookah which was fun. It was a pricey date, but worth it, we will definitely return to Divan for another fun night and to try more of the cuisine.
Pros: Great Food, Interesting Venue, Romantic, Cozy
Cons: Service Could be Better

Amazing Food & Service!
We celebrated my husband's suprise 40th birthday at Divan - we rented a private room upstairs. We felt like royalty and the food was exquisite. Every one of my thirty-odd guests asked me how I found out about such a wonderful place.
Each course of food left my guests wanting more and my husband was totally blown away by both the food and the service. We enjoyed every minute of it. When we left, there were people lining up at the door to get in - the place was buzzing....
Max, the manager was an excellent host - thank you for making it a night to remember!!
Pros: Brilliant Food & Service
Cons: Absolutely None.

I hosted my best friends birthday party there in late May and had been there multiple times in small groups prior. DIVAN was wonderful, great atmosphere, great food, great drinks and the wait staff was very attentive and gracious. We had a blast .........would definitely go there again and again. I can't stress enough how wonderful DIVAN is.

Amazing food and great atmosphere
My boyfriend and I went to Divan just for some apps, drinks & to smoke a hookah. Well, we were so impressed by the food and service! We ordered the goat cheese appetizer, and it was incredible! We also got some desserts, the chocolate cake and the panna cotta. The chocolate cake was a molten lava cake that was so yummy. It was rich, chocolatey and very satisfying. The vanilla panna cotta with figs went well with it, since it was light and very flavorful. They have new hookah flavors now like cosmopolitan, white grape & fuzzy navel. I loved the cosmopolitan hookah. My pomegranate martini went really well with everything. It was a fun dining experience. We can't wait to go back!

Best of Buckhead
The first time there last Saturday - recommended by a reletive. We were celebrating my wifes birthday. Greeted at the door by a nice lady - asked if we had reservations - which we did. Asked if we were celebrating any special occasion - obviously said yes - my wifes birthday. After seated in a really cool spot, we were approached by the GM as we were giving our orders. He said he understood there was a birthday girl in our party and like he already knew her - wished my wife a happy birthday and asked the server after we finished our dinner, to get us a complimentary dessert platter of our choice. A+++ Very relaxed atmosphere - our server was great - very on top of everything - I am not much of a martini drinker but their selections and recommendations were perfect. Actually all in all it was a first time experience for a few of us never having hookahs and not being martini drinkers - so a surprise all the way around. The music was fun - and we could hear each other which was nice not to be blown away as you get in alot of restaurants. Later , the GM came back and checked up on us - extremely professional. From the time we came in to the time we left - we had great service, good food, great drinks, tasty hookahs and most importantly, my wife had a great birthday! Thank you all for making our visit a great experience! You now have a bunch of new people that will be stopping by more often!
Pros: Attention to detail, friendly staff, overall a wonderful time
Cons: none
