I saw Dr. Fallah because I had been looking for a cosmetic dentist. I felt they had the education and training to do the prettiest work. When I saw Dr. Fallah, my always perfect bite was suddenly way off, and I also had begun to have problems with TMJ. Dr. Fallah suggested an orthotic to correct the TMJ and veneers or braces for my bite. It was going to be very expensive, but I felt I had no choice. On my first visit to Dr. Fallah, I brought my old night guard with me that I had worn for a good three years religiously. He didn't seem interested in it.I decided I had no choice but to go along with the program, and since I was having the orthotic created anyway, for the first time in years, I removed the night guard. Almost instantly, my bite began to return to normal. I mentioned this to Dr. Fallah, but he, again, didn't seem interested. While the process was ongoing, I kept the night guard out, and before the veneers were finished, my bite had returned to normal, but I was now stuck with this crap on my teeth for life, and I was out over $20,000 with ugly veneers on my upper teeth. (He told me to use the orthotic as a night guard, but it didn't even fit, nor did he fix it!! I know the orthotic alone was about $1500.)After several hours in the dental chair, before the veneers were cemented, with them literally falling in my lap, Dr. Fallah insisted that I sign something saying that I liked the appearance of the veneers. I was in pain, exhausted and wanted to leave badly, and I knew I had no choice but to sign if I wanted to get out of there. Big mistake. Big, big mistake. Over several weeks, he tried to make them look better, but no matter how many times I showed Dr. Fallah pictures of my natural teeth, which I loved, the veneers didn't look like my own teeth. He gradually became irritated with me, and I gave up.This past Christmas, a dentist approached me and told me that my face was crooked. She's right. The midline of the veneers does not line up perfectly with my upper lip and nose, and they slant, one side being longer than the other. When I called Dr. Fallah to explain the problem, he sent me a letter with copies of that little handwritten note of his that I signed, saying I liked them, the one I had to sign after many, many hours of being in the dental chair, exhausted and in severe pain...and I do mean severe pain. So, um, I guess you could say I'm not happy.

No amount of classes can make someone an artist. Please be careful before you fork over your life savings.
