We stayed there for a couple of days while we had some work done on our house. Our suite was very comfortable, clean and new. The bed was very comfortable. We didn't go around outside to the local stores and restaurants, so the kitchenette was a nice touch--two-burner electric stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker and all the utensils. Not only can you cook for yourself, the hotel offers FREE, hot dinners every night, with a calendar on your fridge with each evening's menus. While we cooked our own dinners, we did get up early to take advantage of the FREE hot breakfast. Scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, plus hot and cold cereal, fruit, and all the stuff. All in all, this was a terrific experience and I would, for what it's worth, definitely recommend Staybridge Lake Forest to anyone looking for a place to crash for a couple of nights or for anyone with guests coming in for a longer stay. It's a nice, clean, quiet place that's convenient to almost everything. We were very pleased with our stay there.

A number of my in-laws stayed at this hotel before our wedding ceremony. The hotel is beautiful and tucked away on a side-street in Lake Forest. It's a pretty quiet area. They stayed in beautiful and generously-sized suites. My sisters-in-law had a mini bridal shower for me the night before the wedding in a quiet room off the lobby. I would highly recommend the hotel both for the amenities and for the friendly staff.
