Randall is a great realtor to work with. He answered all the questions I had as a first-time homebuyer and guided me through the process patiently. He understands Houston real estate very well and will give you great ideas on how to increase the value of your property. He even helped me fix my backyard at my new place on his free time! I liked him so much that I used him to help me lease an investment property and purchase another one. He will never pressure you and will work with you every step of the way. Randall helped me on my first purchase. I was very picky on exactly what I wanted, but he was patient and constantly talking to me about what he thought of various properties I wanted to see. It was always last minute when I wanted to view a few places for sale, but he always found a way to work in time for me to view potential homes. Relaxed, but very knowledgeable and hard working. Strongly recommended.

Randall recently represented us as buyers on our first home purchase. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and answered all of our questions. He also provided referrals for our mortgage banker and home inspector, which really alleviated a lot of stress and were great referrals. We would highly recommend Randall if you are looking to buy a home.

Randall was very patient and accommodating throughout the house-hunting process, particularly showing us houses only within our price range. He understood our style and preferences and didn't waste our time with houses that didn't meet that criteria. He didn't get frustrated (or at least didn't show it) when he showed us a house that met our requirements, but we just didn't "feel" it. Once we found the house we wanted, he moved quickly & aggressively to make sure we got it at the price we wanted. We're very happy in our new house. Thank you very much, Randall!

I recently purchased my first home and Randall helped me every step along the way. He was knowledgable of the Houston real estate market, aggresive in negotiating, led me to the right people for financing/inspections, and was patient with me throughout the entire process. Randall Hebert is extremely knowledgeable about Houston real estate, and he is just as friendly and patient. Randall worked tirelessly to ensure that I found a house I would be truly happy with now, and several years down the road.

I could tell that Randall was genuinely concerned with helping me find the perfect house, not just helping me find a house I would be satisfied with.

After walking through dozens of house, and writing offers on several, Randall helped me find and purchase a house that I am absolutely in love with.

I have recommended Randall to several friends and will continue to do so.

Randall helped us make an akward transition from living abroad to Houston. I can only say that he was the best thing that happened to us. We had the most difficult situation and he made it easy and stopped us from going insane. If you need a real estate agent your only choice should be with him. And one year later I still call on him and he works just as hard. Really he is the best agent we have ever dealt with. HIGHLY recommended!!!!

Like many neighborhoods, there are a bunch of "FOR SALE" signs on our street, which was a worry when we decided to sell our house last month. After interviewing 8 different realtors, Randall clearly stood out from the rest as a guy who would work hard to sell our house. His attention to detail, suggestions on staging and good contractors to help us fix up the house all clearly paid off in the end. When we put our house on the market with Randall, we had 26 showings in one week's time. After receiving multiple offers, we accepted an offer for our house --9 DAYS after we listed. During those nine days, we were in constant communication and Randall steadfastly followed up with every realtor whose buyer walked in our door. To top it all off, Randall worked with the buyer's entire team - realtor, mortgage company, etc-- to ensure a quick closing before we moved out of town two weeks later. In less than a month, we met randall, accepted an offer and closed on our house with great peace of mind. In this market, what could be better than that?

Pros: Very good communicator, constantly updating and working hard on our behalf, repainted our gate to make everything look better!

I don't write reviews often, but when I do it's because someone or something really stands out above the rest. Randall sold my house in record time and he brought more than just experience to the table; he brought potted plants and helped landscape my backyard! Above and beyond the call of duty!! Randall not only has a firm understanding of real estate, he understands people. Keep in mind that finding a buyer for your house (or finding a house that you want to buy) is only half the battle. The other half is getting everyone to agree to the terms. When it comes time to negotiate, I can?t think of anyone else in the entire city of Houston I?d rather have on my side. If you are looking for an agent who has YOUR buying or selling interests in mind, I am confident Randall Hebert will EXCEED your expectations.

When our contract to purchase a home fell through at the same time that our apartment lease was ending within in a matter of days, I contacted Randall. Less than 24 hours later, he had reviewed more than 130 listings, sent me a couple dozen to review and taken me through more than 10 homes. Even though I really liked one of the listings we toured, he sent me a few more listings that night -- one of which was the home we ultimately ended up falling in love with and purchasing. We closed and moved into the new home not quite 11 days after I made first contact with Randall. I have no doubt that it was his quick action, thorough knowledge of the neighborhood and skilled negotiating that made it possible for us to regroup and find a new home so quickly. We would not have found this place without him, and it suits our needs perfectly. I'd definitely give Randall my highest recommendation.

We highly recommend Randall. He recently helped us buy our first home. He listened to our wants and needs and was determined to find us the perfect house. He knows the area and the market very well. When it came time to put in the offer he was all business and knew exactly what to include in the contract so that we would get the house. He has flexible hours and is easy to work with. He made our home buying experience a good one!

Randall was incredibly patient in showing us houses - the one we bought was #73 that we looked at! Hanging in there with us through all of those houses, over many months, and understanding that we wanted to find the THE House For Us, were a key part of what made our experience with him work so well.

Randall is a genuine grizzly bear when it comes to assertiveness, professionalism, and persistence in the real estate arena. He was able to track down our dream house (outside of his usual area)?..and get our former house leased in just a few short weeks. Once he knows what you are looking for, be ready to make a move. He will guide you along the way as your trusted advisor pointing out property aspects you never even thought of. Randall makes a forest of details seem like a walk in the park.

This was my first time buying a house. Randall was very helpful in answering all my questions and helping me through the involded and confusing process. He's personable and listens to your needs as far as the area you want to buy and your price range. He never pushed for the bigger deal and commission. He goes above and beyond to make you feel at ease and even invited me to his house to fill out paper work and in the mean time, meet his family. I will definitely be back come selling time.

A cut to the chase no-nonsense type of agent. For those of us that don't have enough time to babysit our agent this is the guy for you. He will accuratly access your wants, needs and limits and meet those without having to call you fifty times a day. You will never wonder who Randall works for.

Highly, Highly, Highly recommend Randall as your "go to realtor."

Obviously finding your perfect home can be overwhelming and scary...now try finding your first home purchase, from 900 miles away-I lived in Atlanta when I was looking for my home, and hd a less than a month to find my perfect home...Randall was my super hero and came to the rescue. I purchased my first home within 2 weeks of meeting Randall. He "LISTENED" to what I was looking for and was honest with me throughout the process, he was realtor that could relate. My family appreciates everything he did and his since of urgency was demonstrated. Our experience with Randall was so great that now we are waiting for the nights to cool off to have him and his family over for Texas BBQ. Thanks Randal!!
