It took repeated phone calls, but eventually Carpet Cleaning did clean the carpets in my house. They did a great job once they were there but it was a little bit of a hassle getting them to clean my carpets.

Blew off appointment
by rbosveld
Made an appointment and they did not show up - at all. They did not call or e-mail about a delay despite having both my cell phone number and e-mail address which are readily accessible. I took a day off work to make this happen and I consider the blow-off to be very unprofessional. Avoid this company. They get an 'F'.
Pros: None
Cons: Did not show up at all - worst company possible

Nice people. Poor cleaning.

Used this company to get the carpets cleanined in our offices.Their procedures were great, but they didn't clean the carpet well.
I liked the ease with which I was able to book the time I wanted, and the fact that the crew showed up on time, and were personable.
The bad thing is that they used a dilapitated old carpet cleaning machine that barely got the surface of the carpets. The machine broke right before they were finished, and they left, leaving the last few square feet undone, yet they didn't offer to come back and finish.
Their follow-up was a phone call the next morning asking for a check. Had they asked how the carpets looked, I would have told them that there are white blotchy places that weren't there before. I don't know what they are, but I am going to go down to Safeway and rent the rug doctor and see if I can get them out myself.
I wish no one ill, especially the man who did most of the work. It was his first day on the job and he was just left here with poor equipment. He did the best he could, but without the support of a quality-driven company behind him- it wasn't good enough.
My opinion: a sub-standard cleaning job at full price.
