When you call a company and they answer, "hello..."
When they arrive in an unmarked car....
When they try to upsell you before they begin... these are all signs where, "you should know better.."
but I went charging ahead... oh dear!
I do have a question about citysearch though... Maybe you can help. This is a top ten company, it had/has 41/2 stars and one review that calls it a questionable company (that I did not see till I came back to review...) further this review only gave the company 1 star.. so my question is, if citysearch is a consumer driven website how is a company like this able to put together 41/2 stars when only one person had done a review and it was very unfavorable?
I trust my citysearch, it has rarely let me down. Yet, in this case I am afraid it did in more than one aspect.
1. it lead me to a questionable company.
2. it gave a company with 1 star a 10 ten placement.
3. it mislead me with the number of stars as a 41/2 company when in fact it was only a 1 star company....
They did a good job on the couches. Although I would say that they lack in professionalism and business structure and sales.
The guy who did the job was nice and if this is a home-run company they should say that and I would respect them more for that than a false idea of the business they are running (see review #1)....
BUT they must do something right since they pulled one over on citysearch or citysearch pulled one over on me.
Pros: they come the same day
Cons: upsales, non-marked cars, mediocre equipment
