Andrew is not JUST an acupuncturist, but I think a guru disguised as a city dweller, as he is very calming and centered. I have learned so much from him through his affirmations, meditations, and our talks about bettering my life. He is a consummate herbal master who was correct in every detailed diagnosis. He showed me how to really honor who I am and how to live. I just wanted to let you know that I have good news: I just received my admission letter to the positive psychology program. Thank you so much for helping me get there! I seriously think that your letter played a huge role in my getting admitted. From what I understand, the competition for a seat in the program was very intense and your letter was critical.

I came to see Andrew Pacholyk because I had been suffering from breast pain as a result of severe PMS, and a desire to stop smoking. In the course of my visits (two months now) I have quit smoking and I no longer suffer from breast pain. Anyone that smokes knows how difficult it is to stop. That said, I am truly grateful for the results I have had with Andrew.

My body was under so much stress from the pain of PMS, and to have my system in balance is a true gift. With the smoking out of the way Andrew is now working on underlying aliments. His treatments have given me more motivation to take care of myself. I am eating better, sleeping better, and exercising again. Going to my treatment is one of the major highlights of my week. There is a noticeable change in my mood and I look and feel better. When I go to see Andrew I can tell him anything that is bothering me, and he gets to work fixing the problem. Pretty amazing guy! I saw Dr. Pacholyk for my anti-aging concerns. He is an incredibly knowledgeable and brilliant expert in this field. He designed a better nutritional and dietary format for where I currently am in my life and age. We discussed an exercise program for a man my age. We talked about boosting libido and those things that are important for a man, at any age. Dr. Pacholyk gave me a series of circulation improving, libido boosting, energy enhancing acupuncture treatments that made me feel like a new man. I will never, never, never be able to thank Dr. Pacholyk enough for his incredible work we have done together. After a very traumatic situation in my life I was not able to get my period. I went to every Western doctor who would see me. I was repeatedly brushed off as "past my prime", "early menopause" and even "crazy". Basically, no one took anytime to look a little deeper, or to care. That completely changed after meeting Dr. Pacholyk. He is an open hearted man, who is a good listener and an even better care giver. He got my periods back to normal. To the point where I felt like a teenage girl again. As hard to believe as this is (it completely baffled me as well) I was then pregnant eight weeks later. I would like to recommend Dr. Pacholyk for his over the top approach to getting me through my fertility treatments at American Fertility. Andrew came to my home before and after my sessions to insure good circulation, proper implantation and to over all help me with the stressful situation that every woman goes through with these kind of treatments. His care and knowledge of fertility are beyond what I would have ever expected. He recommended vitamins and nutritional suggestions. He assured not only myself but took the time to sit with my mother and husband to explain procedures and protocols. I found Andrew through the BEST OF CITYSEARCH rewards! A well deserved award, as he accomplished what no doctor could do for me. I have been trying to get pregnant for such a long time. My problem was that I had an off the charts reading of 24 for my FSH. Andrew explained how acupuncture works and gave me suggestions to improve my diet, supplements and of course acupuncture. My FSH has dropped to 8 now! I was utterly in shock and amazed by this! He kept telling me, be patient, be patient. As I am a high level, stressful person, patients is not one of my virtues. It is a very stressful thing to go through fertility treatments. The urge and desire to have a baby is one of the most important issue in many women's lives. What is even more important is that when you are trying to get pregnant, it is imperative you have a successful team around you! Andrew has been a huge part of this team. He has taught me so much about 'how' the entire process works, when the body is out of balance. I am blessed that he would treat me before and after my IVF. He came to the clinic to treat me the day of. He was there to pick up the pieces when it did not work the first two times. He was there once I became pregnant. I am currently in my 19th week and I owe so much of this to Andrew.

I recommend you see Andrew, as he is a knowledgeable, trusted health care practitioner who understands the needs of any women who is going through this experience!

I am going to recommend Andrew Pacholyk very highly to any guys who have problems with testosterone levels, age related questions and the desire to strengthen their libido. It was my wife who found Andrew from a CBS news segment and brought me along for support. After listening to Andrew speak to my wife, I had questions of my own. His answers were impressive and made so much sense. Andrew not only helped my wife but got me on a supplement routine, an exercise routine and put my head in a much better space. I went to see Andrew about 4 months ago for problems with fertility. I was experiencing difficulties in getting pregnant because of my irratic period. Within about a month of treatments, I became pregnant and was so suprised!!! Now at 12 weeks I woke up one morning with tingling and numbness on one side of my face.
Within hours the left side of my face was drooping down and I could barely speak. I was mortified. My doctors diagnosed me with bell''s palsy and prescribed prednisone! Well I went running back to Andrew for more help instead! Thank God I did. Andrew told me that this is more common in pregnant women and that with a few weeks of acupuncture treatments, we could significantly improve my face. How can I ever bring to light the most grateful feelings I have for this man! I have never experienced a caring doctor such as Andrew. He really puts the Western medical doctors to shame in the compassion department. I went to Andrew with infertility issues. I found Andrew through his web site, Peacefulmind. His approach to weight control has changed my life. The first session, Andrew explained the entire process so that I could understand. What he would take about in western medicine, he would explain the equivalent in Chinese medicine theory. We did acupuncture the first visit and it was simply mind blowing for me. The sensations I experienced were incredible the entire week after the session. I had no cravings, I felt energized and I have not slept so deep since I was a kid!!! What I really loved about my sessions with Andrew has been the way we talk about my emotional issues that get in the way of me moving forward in my life. He is a master at this!! I think my guardian angels must have led me to Andrew. I was desperate after a physically and emotionally painful month from uterine fibroids. To make it worse, my doctor told me I was going through early menopause--this was very difficult for me to deal with. My friend suggested acupunture for my pain and thankfully I found Andrew! The treatment my doctor had me on wasn't helping, I felt worse by the day and I didn't want to put chemicals and hormones in my body anyway! While I was pain free after my very first visit, I continued to go for treatments of acupunture and herbs to balance my body. I went to Andrew for digestive issues and found it to only be the result of much more emotional issues with my boyfriend. Then it was the relationship between me and my mother, then my coworkers.... As Andrew pointed out my repetitive patterns, I kept finding my very own solutions to what was causing my digestive problems in the first place! Yes, I did acupuncture and I went through a few months with herbs, but these were the icing on the cake for me and helped to solve my physical aliments. I went to my doctor last week and to the surprise of my doctor (and me), my doctor told me that I no longer had anemia. Not only that, my bloodcell count was up dramatically!

I just read your article about anger and how it relates to Spring.

I have been feeling oddly more depressed and anxious these last few weeks. I have regular acupuncture and herbal medicine prescribed by you and it had greatly reduced the amount of anxiety that I had.

I have questioned my psycho-therapist on why I am feeling this way now. There are definately external factors that we can contribute to the flare ups I am experiencing but we weren't sure why.

Reading your article brought home that I do have a lot to be angry about and I have been trying to resolve them and take responsibility but the process is slow and long and sometimes they don't turn out like I
would like.

I went to Andrew to have him help me with several issues. I have been suffering with pain and depression for years. I experience signs of chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. Hope all is well. I've been meaning to email you for a while. I just wanted to let you know that I am so pleased that I am having twins in January and Im so grateful. (It has given me a bit of a scare, as I don't want to work for the first year - so trying to save up our pennies.) Be careful what you wish for!

Andrew has been treating both my children, Anna for allergies and Sam for ADD and I am so impressed by their progress. Anna's allergies have really decreased. I attribute this to the treatments, herbs and the "triggers" Andrew always talks about! Sam seems to be much more calm and focused. He is starting to really like school better. I owe this to Andrew. He takes the time to explain causes I had never thought about and he is just so good with the children. I highly recommend him for his right on treatments and focus to details. I was recommended by my doctor at St. Vincent's to go to see Andrew for gastrointestinal problems I have been having for years. I did every diet under the sun! Nothing worked. I was feed up and didnt know where to turn. I found Andrew on City Search and felt destined to meet him. After reading his extensive web site, I knew he was the man. I was taught to look at my emotional connection to food. Andrew did a food diary with me. It should me just what I was addicted to. It also showed me how poorly I was eating. He gave me exercises, helped me along with an herbal supplement and gave me acupuncture once a week. It took me about 12 visits and things were still moving. BUT for some reason on that 13th visit, things changed for me ! I dont think it was my outlook, but Andrew feels I had a 'realization' in the moment. My metabolism began this jump start process! The pounds started shedding off after that. Andrew continued to work on my food habits, execise routine and hebal supplements. What a change! He is right....there is no magic pill. It was a combination our our work together that made all the difference. I lost a total of 68 pounds so far! Boy, do my knees feel better!

I had torn my ACL in field hockey years ago and have had 5 surgerys in 4years. The pain has been unbearable. I have had great relief with Andrew's treatments. GREAT RELIEF. After several visits the aggrevation I have endured is practically gone. I now go in for maintenence and Andrew has helped me with exercises and actually, diet that have seem to make a world of difference! Andew, thanks. You are the man! You helped with my herniated disk pain I have suffered with for 5 years. I had terrible siatica that went all the way down to my heel. It is virtually gone.

Andrew, dispite all the retreats I have gone to, the current therapy I am having and the support group I am in, it has been the sessions with YOU, that has made all the difference in the world for me. Not only is it the acupuncture, but I have found that it is just the way you talk to me about this disease, about how I can handle this and about how taking anorexia away from me, one step, one day at a time is a great reminder. I am a 50 something year old woman who has been seeing Andrew for 2 years now. We has stopped my smoking and has been doing facial rejuvenation on me for almost 15 months. I am amazed at how much younger I look!!! His treatments are really brilliant. I think the difference is between him and other acupuncturists or spa tec people, is that Andrew does all his work based on your skin type. All thanks to you! Your great advise payed off. Between the combination of your Full Spectrum Diet, you herbs and acupuncture, I changed my eating habits, you got me working out and I could not feel better now! I got more energy, I keep up with my kids and Im not tired at work any more.

Because of extreme circumstances in my late 20's, doctors medically induced menopause in me by the age of 25! I suffered so much, that is until I happened to accompany my friend, who was a regular patient of Andrew's. She was getting such great results with her facial acupuncture treatments from him, I asked him if he could help me with my situation. His answer, "There is always hope". That was all I needed to hear.

In a month's time, he had brought back my periods, stopped my "medically induced menopause symptoms" and decreased the MENTAL scares I had endured as a child. Both my friend and I continue with Andrew's amazing treatments.

I went to see Andrew Pacholyk for my health situations where the western doctors were not helping much. One phenomenal experience was that I had a large soft lumpy growth the size of a quarter on my right foot bunion. which medical doctors offered to cut/do surgery. I chose not to. After seeing Andrew, within a short time, the lump gradually and then totally DISAPPEARED! We were both amazed at what the acupuncture had accomplished. And what a change! I have never wanted to admit that I was perimenopausal, let alone in menopause, but now that Andrew has helped me to deal with the hotflashes, mood swings and irritabiltiy, it has made a huge difference.

Cooking his herbal formulas was not my favorite thing to do....luckily, he could come up with the same version in pills! He has helped me to understand this change and has given me the ability to embrace it, instead of ingnore it. I found Andrew at the recommendation of my Dr. Dr Zheng suggested a new approach, and Andrew was it!

Like I have never felt! Andrew went right to the root of my problem. I had seen every doctor and had every test to find out nothing was wrong with me! Yet I was still getting abdominal pains and unexplained aches.

With several treatments and Andrew's mind medicine techniques, we got to the root of my problem. His tui na massage, was a cross between rolfing, shiatsu and soothing swedish. Just AMazing! It made all the difference in my pain. Which I have no more, thanks to him.

Andrew, after 8 years of pain and agony, thanks to you I have great relief! I never understood the "mechanics" of back pain until you educated me on proper sitting, working at my computer and lifting the grand kids!

Your treatments gave me great relief the more I came to you (although it took a little longer than I thought) I am so grateful for sticking with it and taking your advise.

I am pain free today and was able to cancel my back surgery! What a joy it was to tell the doctor that!!
