Don't be fooled - peacefulmind is not a typical ecommerce company. Your order will not ship same-day or next-day, as is standard (or even the day after that). I had to cancel my order due to slow processing. The order was not scheduled to go out until 5 days after I placed the order! On top of that, I received a rude email upon enquiring about my order status ("I have no idea why you would expect this order to have been mailed already"), and I was not given the option of expedited shipping even though I specifically asked for it. Don't waste your time on Pacholyk's peacefulmind site.

Andrew has been an exceptional doctor through my pregnancy journey. I came to Andrew from a referral through my gyneocologist. I was diagnosed two years ago with unknown infertility, as the cause to my problem could not be found through any lab work or exams. Being a specialist in this field, Andrew informed me how common a diagnosis this is. I was set up with a complete plan: dietary suggestions, exercise considerations, stress management ideas along with his wonderful treatments each week. Andrew helped me along with an herbal perscription that changed slightly whenever he found it appropriate. I could really feel how the herbs made the difference. I was pregnant 5 months later! So thrilled, Andrew helped me through the toughest 12 weeks, which is the most crucial period with ease. I continued seeing Andrew through my entire pregnancy. He helped me with late stage problems such as back pain, bladder problems and even nausea into week 15. By the end, my doctors insisted on a early pregnancy, so Andrew induced labor. He even came to my home for house calls in order to achieve this. I am now nursing a beautiful baby girl, Lisa Marie, and I owe this all to Andrew. He accepted my insurance, explained tests I had to take throughout my pregnancy and was a CRUCIAL asset in my pregnancy journey. RUN don;t walk to get to this man. He is truly exceptional.

As a crazy juiced up wall streeter, I was the perfect example as a man out of balance. Overworked, never enough time for anything, juggling ten things at once...
I was conviced that Andrew was the man to see after seeing him on CNN, reading about him in Men's Journal and was coincidentally referred to him by my doctor! Synchronicity. Andrew is not JUST an acupuncturist, but I think a guru disguised as a city dweller, as he is very calming and centered. I have learned so much from him through his affirmations, meditations, and our talks about bettering my life. He is a consummate herbal master who was correct in every detailed diagnosis. He showed me how to really honor who I am and how to live. He was fantastic with the nutritional advise, gave me great exercises, helped me with "bedroom" issues and had a great take on being comfortable in my own skin. What a guy. Definitely, a guy's guy. He knows just what men need to keep fit, feel good and how to keep it all together. I recommend him to any man (although, I realize he is a fertility expert for women) he is a virility expert for men too!

I just wanted to let you know that I have good news: I just received my admission letter to the positive psychology program. Thank you so much for helping me get there! I seriously think that your letter played a huge role in my getting admitted. From what I understand, the competition for a seat in the program was very intense and your letter was critical.

You have no idea how much I appreciate your help. Now, I can finally switch things up a bit and explore (and hopefully make a living doing) something that really gets me excited. I owe this all to you and I certainly owe you one (actually, probably many more).

It's important for me to let you that I do appreciate all you've done these past several months (almost 2 years???). You have allowed me to find my voice, to learn to be comfortable with myself and to show me who I really am! There is no gift greater than this!

I came to see Andrew Pacholyk because I had been suffering from breast pain as a result of severe PMS, and a desire to stop smoking. In the course of my visits (two months now) I have quit smoking and I no longer suffer from breast pain. Anyone that smokes knows how difficult it is to stop. That said, I am truly grateful for the results I have had with Andrew.

My body was under so much stress from the pain of PMS, and to have my system in balance is a true gift. With the smoking out of the way Andrew is now working on underlying aliments. His treatments have given me more motivation to take care of myself. I am eating better, sleeping better, and exercising again. Going to my treatment is one of the major highlights of my week. There is a noticeable change in my mood and I look and feel better. When I go to see Andrew I can tell him anything that is bothering me, and he gets to work fixing the problem. Pretty amazing guy! If you are open to alternative healing and wellness, this is the guy to see.

I could go on and on, but lastly I want to add that Andrew is a highly conscious person and I am lucky to have found him.

I saw Dr. Pacholyk for my anti-aging concerns. He is an incredibly knowledgeable and brilliant expert in this field. He designed a better nutritional and dietary format for where I currently am in my life and age. We discussed an exercise program for a man my age. We talked about boosting libido and those things that are important for a man, at any age. Dr. Pacholyk gave me a series of circulation improving, libido boosting, energy enhancing acupuncture treatments that made me feel like a new man. He suggested the right vitamin supplements and got me started on his infamous anti-aging herbal regime. It was worth the time effort and money to not only make me feel GREAT, but he gave me a new outlook on life! How many doctors can offer you that kind of confidence, empowerment and success! I will never, never, never be able to thank Dr. Pacholyk enough for his incredible work we have done together. After a very traumatic situation in my life I was not able to get my period. I went to every Western doctor who would see me. I was repeatedly brushed off as "past my prime", "early menopause" and even "crazy". Basically, no one took anytime to look a little deeper, or to care. That completely changed after meeting Dr. Pacholyk. He is an open hearted man, who is a good listener and an even better care giver. He got my periods back to normal. To the point where I felt like a teenage girl again. As hard to believe as this is (it completely baffled me as well) I was then pregnant eight weeks later. I am currently 14 weeks along and I have called every doctor who passed me off, and told them exactly what I thought and did that feel good. I also let them all know about acupuncture and what Dr. Pacholyk has done for me. How is that for a testimonial. Run, don't walk to see Dr. Pacholyk. Andrew got me pregnant! And that's a good thing. I found Andrew through his CNN interview. Not only was he courteous and knowledgeable, he had the expertise I loved as he was able to talk in western terms understanding my diagnosis and interpreting it into an eastern understanding. He helped me to restore my period, and I was pregnant in 3 months time. Absolutely astonishing as my western doctor could only recommend IVF. I would like to recommend Dr. Pacholyk for his over the top approach to getting me through my fertility treatments at American Fertility. Andrew came to my home before and after my sessions to insure good circulation, proper implantation and to over all help me with the stressful situation that every woman goes through with these kind of treatments. His care and knowledge of fertility are beyond what I would have ever expected. He recommended vitamins and nutritional suggestions. He assured not only myself but took the time to sit with my mother and husband to explain procedures and protocols. He had informative hand outs that he left with us and was an overall respectable, genuine and (noble) professional. Andrew has since come to my home for follow up treatments and check ups. Now what doctor can you get to do that these days. So please consider working with Andrew as he is an expert in his field and extremely knowledgable in his area of expertise.

After many hours, Milo Thaddeus Foreman arrived. He was 12 days early on Oct. 24th. 8 lbs even and 21 inches long! We are all doing great. Tired but estatic! We could not have done this without Andrew.
After months of help we were able to conceive naturally because of the acupuncture and Andrew's unique herbal teas! It was frustrating wanting to have a baby and not being able to for over three years. It was Andrew to the rescue. He is the fertility specialist!

I found Andrew through the BEST OF CITYSEARCH rewards! A well deserved award, as he accomplished what no doctor could do for me. I have been trying to get pregnant for such a long time. My problem was that I had an off the charts reading of 24 for my FSH. Andrew explained how acupuncture works and gave me suggestions to improve my diet, supplements and of course acupuncture. My FSH has dropped to 8 now! I was utterly in shock and amazed by this! He kept telling me, be patient, be patient. As I am a high level, stressful person, patients is not one of my virtues. Thanks to Andrew, he explained how stress is a fertility killer. The month I started meditation and yoga, was a month that changed me forever. I have found my new calling. If you are coping with high FSH, get to Andrew and be under his care. He is a true listener and a wonderful care giver.

It is a very stressful thing to go through fertility treatments. The urge and desire to have a baby is one of the most important issue in many women's lives. What is even more important is that when you are trying to get pregnant, it is imperative you have a successful team around you! Andrew has been a huge part of this team. He has taught me so much about 'how' the entire process works, when the body is out of balance. I am blessed that he would treat me before and after my IVF. He came to the clinic to treat me the day of. He was there to pick up the pieces when it did not work the first two times. He was there once I became pregnant. I am currently in my 19th week and I owe so much of this to Andrew.

I recommend you see Andrew, as he is a knowledgeable, trusted health care practitioner who understands the needs of any women who is going through this experience!

I look forward to him treating my children and to carry on a long lasting health care relationship with him. You should too.

I am going to recommend Andrew Pacholyk very highly to any guys who have problems with testosterone levels, age related questions and the desire to strengthen their libido. It was my wife who found Andrew from a CBS news segment and brought me along for support. After listening to Andrew speak to my wife, I had questions of my own. His answers were impressive and made so much sense. Andrew not only helped my wife but got me on a supplement routine, an exercise routine and put my head in a much better space. He knows what he is talking about. He talks to his patients in a very normal "speak" although he has what it takes to translate that into any medical reference, western diagnosis and is savvy in his strong medical background. I went to see Andrew about 4 months ago for problems with fertility. I was experiencing difficulties in getting pregnant because of my irratic period. Within about a month of treatments, I became pregnant and was so suprised!!! Now at 12 weeks I woke up one morning with tingling and numbness on one side of my face.
Within hours the left side of my face was drooping down and I could barely speak. I was mortified. My doctors diagnosed me with bell''s palsy and prescribed prednisone! Well I went running back to Andrew for more help instead! Thank God I did. Andrew told me that this is more common in pregnant women and that with a few weeks of acupuncture treatments, we could significantly improve my face. Well I visited him 3 times a week for two weeks and my face is BACK TO NORMAL! Again, so amazed at the power of acupuncture, I am beyond hooked. I have to thank Andrew for so so much. Thanks to Andrew! He told me to give it a month, and it was a month to the day I found out I was going to have a baby. What an incredible feeling. I found Andrew through his web site, Peacefulmind. His approach to weight control has changed my life. The first session, Andrew explained the entire process so that I could understand. What he would take about in western medicine, he would explain the equivalent in Chinese medicine theory. We did acupuncture the first visit and it was simply mind blowing for me. The sensations I experienced were incredible the entire week after the session. I had no cravings, I felt energized and I have not slept so deep since I was a kid!!! What I really loved about my sessions with Andrew has been the way we talk about my emotional issues that get in the way of me moving forward in my life. He is a master at this!! I had no idea I would be getting such a great therapist as well! I'm down 25 lbs in two and half months and boy, do I feel great. Don't walk..... run to see this man!

I think my guardian angels must have led me to Andrew. I was desperate after a physically and emotionally painful month from uterine fibroids. To make it worse, my doctor told me I was going through early menopause--this was very difficult for me to deal with. My friend suggested acupunture for my pain and thankfully I found Andrew! The treatment my doctor had me on wasn't helping, I felt worse by the day and I didn't want to put chemicals and hormones in my body anyway! While I was pain free after my very first visit, I continued to go for treatments of acupunture and herbs to balance my body. To my surprise, after just a few months, I have remained pain free, I quit smoking, I am menstruating again, I feel great and more confident! Andrew's gifts go far beyond acupuncture, he is amazing with herbs, and is one of the kindest people I've ever known. He supported me and encouraged me so much while I was quitting smoking and with all my other issues. I was referred to Andrew by one of my co-workers who also is a patient of his. I was having some pretty chronic issues in the bedroom. Not something that is so easy to discuss. I went to Andrew for digestive issues and found it to only be the result of much more emotional issues with my boyfriend. Then it was the relationship between me and my mother, then my coworkers.... As Andrew pointed out my repetitive patterns, I kept finding my very own solutions to what was causing my digestive problems in the first place! Yes, I did acupuncture and I went through a few months with herbs, but these were the icing on the cake for me and helped to solve my physical aliments. What Andrew did for me, that I had no intention on seeing him about, was my emotional healing. Oh, Andrew, I hope that even a third of New York can get to experience your healing gifts! I went to my doctor last week and to the surprise of my doctor (and me), my doctor told me that I no longer had anemia. Not only that, my bloodcell count was up dramatically!

Hi Andrew

I just read your article about anger and how it relates to Spring.

I have been feeling oddly more depressed and anxious these last few weeks. I have regular acupuncture and herbal medicine prescribed by you and it had greatly reduced the amount of anxiety that I had.

I have questioned my psycho-therapist on why I am feeling this way now. There are definately external factors that we can contribute to the flare ups I am experiencing but we weren't sure why.

Reading your article brought home that I do have a lot to be angry about and I have been trying to resolve them and take responsibility but the process is slow and long and sometimes they don't turn out like I
would like.

Your article also helped to validate my feelings and the steps that I have taken to work on the issues are similar to those that you had mentioned in your article.

This makes my acupuncture sessions with you even more enlightening!

I went to Andrew to have him help me with several issues. I have been suffering with pain and depression for years. I experience signs of chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. Since working with Andrew, he has discovered so many issues that have been holding me back (so to speak) and has been working on me with acupressure, acupuncture and recommending herbal formulas. My breakthrough with Andrew came around my 8th treatment. IT was truly as if a cloud lifted!!!!!!!!

Hope all is well. I've been meaning to email you for a while. I just wanted to let you know that I am so pleased that I am having twins in January and Im so grateful. (It has given me a bit of a scare, as I don't want to work for the first year - so trying to save up our pennies.) Be careful what you wish for!

I found my sessions very beneficial, particularly after all the stresses of IVF. Also now my body has adapted to my new state, I'm feeling very well, really well. However as soon as I start getting any aches/pains I will be back!

Andrew has been treating both my children, Anna for allergies and Sam for ADD and I am so impressed by their progress. Anna's allergies have really decreased. I attribute this to the treatments, herbs and the "triggers" Andrew always talks about! Sam seems to be much more calm and focused. He is starting to really like school better. I owe this to Andrew. He takes the time to explain causes I had never thought about and he is just so good with the children. I highly recommend him for his right on treatments and focus to details. Not even my children's doctors look that deep. It all makes sense now.

I was recommended by my doctor at St. Vincent's to go to see Andrew for gastrointestinal problems I have been having for years. We worked at rebalancing my diet, a better understanding of my problems and my ways of thinking about it, all the while, Andrew would treat my immediate symptoms I was experiencing that week. It has been six months and I no longer have the pain and suffering I would indure with cramps, bloating, constipation, weight gain and just an unhealthy way of treating myself. I did every diet under the sun! Nothing worked. I was feed up and didnt know where to turn. I found Andrew on City Search and felt destined to meet him. After reading his extensive web site, I knew he was the man. I was taught to look at my emotional connection to food. Andrew did a food diary with me. It should me just what I was addicted to. It also showed me how poorly I was eating. He gave me exercises, helped me along with an herbal supplement and gave me acupuncture once a week. It took me about 12 visits and things were still moving. BUT for some reason on that 13th visit, things changed for me ! I dont think it was my outlook, but Andrew feels I had a 'realization' in the moment. My metabolism began this jump start process! The pounds started shedding off after that. Andrew continued to work on my food habits, execise routine and hebal supplements. What a change! He is right....there is no magic pill. It was a combination our our work together that made all the difference. I lost a total of 68 pounds so far! Boy, do my knees feel better!

I had torn my ACL in field hockey years ago and have had 5 surgerys in 4years. The pain has been unbearable. I have had great relief with Andrew's treatments. GREAT RELIEF. After several visits the aggrevation I have endured is practically gone. I now go in for maintenence and Andrew has helped me with exercises and actually, diet that have seem to make a world of difference! I did not realize that certain foods I was eating would increase inflammation and actually make the scar itch and burn. What great help he has been. I would highly recommend Andrew for something like this! He is better than even my physical therapy!

Hi. I have been seeing Dr. Andrew for a month's time. He has resolved my issue with no periods, due to the use of the patch when I was younger. I am now having normal, healthy periods! I am so happy to Dr. Andrew for his work. It has even helped clear up my skin!!! Amazing to me!

Andew, thanks. You are the man! You helped with my herniated disk pain I have suffered with for 5 years. I had terrible siatica that went all the way down to my heel. It is virtually gone.
Suffered from low sp*rm count, low energy, no "drive" and was over weight. After 3 months with you working on me, I am really a new man.
Got back the drive, really lost a good 18 lbs on your Full Spectrum Diet and have energy to spare. This stuff is amazing. You know your medicine, man. I constantly recommend you!

Andrew, dispite all the retreats I have gone to, the current therapy I am having and the support group I am in, it has been the sessions with YOU, that has made all the difference in the world for me. Not only is it the acupuncture, but I have found that it is just the way you talk to me about this disease, about how I can handle this and about how taking anorexia away from me, one step, one day at a time is a great reminder. I know I can't conquer this over night but you have taught me that I CAN conquer this! I have gone from purging 2-4 times a week to maybe once a month. Thanks to you. I see that food is not my enemy, thanks to you. I know now what triggers me and what I can do so that it wont set me off! You will never understand just how much of an impression you have made in my life. Namaste!

You understand the process of working with medical western doctors and filling in there big gaps with Eastern medicine! You have a gift!

I have been see Andrew Pacholyk for 6 months for fertility issues. I am very pleased with the results. I have gained back my period to a regular cycle, like clockwork now. I have no more PMS symptoms, which I suffered with since I was a teen.

I am a 50 something year old woman who has been seeing Andrew for 2 years now. We has stopped my smoking and has been doing facial rejuvenation on me for almost 15 months. I am amazed at how much younger I look!!! His treatments are really brilliant. I think the difference is between him and other acupuncturists or spa tec people, is that Andrew does all his work based on your skin type. That includes the facial treatments, the diet suggestions and the facial products and herbs he recommends. I know it has made a difference in me, as well as the other women (and men) I see walk out of is waiting room!

Because of extreme circumstances in my late 20's, doctors medically induced menopause in me by the age of 25! I suffered so much, that is until I happened to accompany my friend, who was a regular patient of Andrew's. She was getting such great results with her facial acupuncture treatments from him, I asked him if he could help me with my situation. His answer, "There is always hope". That was all I needed to hear.

In a month's time, he had brought back my periods, stopped my "medically induced menopause symptoms" and decreased the MENTAL scares I had endured as a child. Both my friend and I continue with Andrew's amazing treatments.

I just can;t believe he did it!!!!!!! Thanks for never losing hope in me!

I went to see Andrew Pacholyk for my health situations where the western doctors were not helping much. One phenomenal experience was that I had a large soft lumpy growth the size of a quarter on my right foot bunion. which medical doctors offered to cut/do surgery. I chose not to. After seeing Andrew, within a short time, the lump gradually and then totally DISAPPEARED! We were both amazed at what the acupuncture had accomplished. He applied "surround the dragon" around the lump. I am still in awe to this day... Susie Ng

And what a change! I have never wanted to admit that I was perimenopausal, let alone in menopause, but now that Andrew has helped me to deal with the hotflashes, mood swings and irritabiltiy, it has made a huge difference.

Cooking his herbal formulas was not my favorite thing to do....luckily, he could come up with the same version in pills! He has helped me to understand this change and has given me the ability to embrace it, instead of ingnore it. I found Andrew at the recommendation of my Dr. Dr Zheng suggested a new approach, and Andrew was it!

Like I have never felt! Andrew went right to the root of my problem. I had seen every doctor and had every test to find out nothing was wrong with me! Yet I was still getting abdominal pains and unexplained aches.

With several treatments and Andrew's mind medicine techniques, we got to the root of my problem. His tui na massage, was a cross between rolfing, shiatsu and soothing swedish. Just AMazing! It made all the difference in my pain. Which I have no more, thanks to him.

Andrew, after 8 years of pain and agony, thanks to you I have great relief! I never understood the "mechanics" of back pain until you educated me on proper sitting, working at my computer and lifting the grand kids!

Your treatments gave me great relief the more I came to you (although it took a little longer than I thought) I am so grateful for sticking with it and taking your advise.

I am pain free today and was able to cancel my back surgery! What a joy it was to tell the doctor that!!

I am the true weekend warrior. Work all week, play hard on the weekends. Decided to change careers mid stream, and suffered from extreme anxiety, stress, and midlife crisis issues that I could not over come. I was addicted to valium and other issues...recreational drugs, sex....all the things I thought I deserved because I was a workaholic for someone else. Andrew encouraged me to follow my dreams and open my own company. He, in the meantime treated me for stress, anxiety and helped me to ween off of drugs with some herbal stuff! And boy was my husband excited! I was dealing with infertility for over 8 years. I had invitro procedures several times, was very dissapointed with poor results. I was referred to Andrew, actually from my gynecologist. She said that acupuncture had a decent success rate, (in the neighborhood of 40%, Andrew informed me later!).

My sessions with Andrew were amazing! He did the physical work that came with his medicine, but the emotional component he taught me about becoming fertile, was my changing point! Andrew would say to me that as long as there is no physical or structural damage to my insides the situation could be altered to become more fertile. He was right!

I had TWINS!

My husband and I will be forever grateful for your work, encouraging words and most of all the hope you kept going in me!
