We just had a new a/c unit put in and Brian was excellent. He came out, gave us an estimate and even though the product that we received the estimate for was not available, he gave us a larger unit for the same price. We also needed some extra service and they were there within 15 minutes. This is the type of company that I will continue to do business with.

I contacted Kalos when my a/c unit stop running. I was offered assitance over the phone for common problems with a/c units for me to try on my own. My problem was greater than what I could fix, so an appointment was scheduled and Brian arrived on time and provided an upfront estimate and explained in great detail what steps he would take to fix my problem. After the work was complete and my unit was up and running again, I was provided a printed invoice and a great price. If you looking for a company who is professional and honest, I would use Kalos. As a home owner, you always feel as if repairs are going to be expensive and time consuming, Kalos was neither of those.
