The Platinum Hotel is unique from the other vegas hotels in that they don't have a casino and I believe are smoke-free. The rooms are enormous compared to the small 'suites' you would get for the same price at a hotel on the strip. The rooms not only have an actual bedroom, but also a living room complete with a couch, tv and coffee table, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a spa tub and powder room. They don't have some of the better amenities that the bigger hotels have like a wave pool and lazy river, but the pool, which is on the roof of the hotel, is a fair size and has both an indoor and outdoor section. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for people looking for the traditional vegas hotel, however, if you want the option of hitting the strip during the day and coming back to a quieter setting at night, this would be the place!

Great place to stay

I was there for 4 days, and loved every minute of it. Planning a return trip in May.. CANT WAIT
Bathroom had 2 person jacuzzi and a stand alone shower. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Spent some time at the spa.. VERY nice spa.
I have stayed in many hotels in Vegas, and will never stay anywhere else now. Worth the extra money it costs.
Pros: small kitchens great bathroom
Cons: kitchen doesnt have everything you need
