Bank of America is your typical big bank. The people who work there are very friendly and try to be as helpful as possible, but they still have rules and restrictions that other small banks do not have. For example, you have to wait something like 4 or 5 days to get out money that you've just deposited. Don't expect local service.

This is the worst Bank of America location I have ever been to. It used to be a Fleet bank, where there would always be an impossibly long line. Now it's a Bank of America with an impossibly long line and a not particularly friendly staff. The architecture of the bank is also a little nervewracking (especially when you have to wait for half an hour) because the lighting is really sparse for a large building.
