Yes, the jewelry is amazing! Yes, their prices are wonderful! However, what's most notable difference that sets them above ALL others is their customer service. I absolutely adore both of them. You feel like you are talking with friends from the moment you walk in. There have been plenty of times that I've just stopped by to peek and "play" with all the wonderful finds that they have from estate jewelry to handcrafted jewelry. They don't settle for mediocre and they are not happy until you are! I've had several pieces custom made and cherish all of them. Going there is blissful!!

There is not enough room here for me to tell you how great my experience has been with Palas Jewelers. I was referred by a friend so I went to see them. I purchased an engagment ring from Palas and Krista and Angela were unbelievable!!! They held my hand throughout the whole process and they helped me design the perfect ring!!!

I popped the question and I got a yes and a gasp from my fiance - the gasp was for how pretty the ring was!!! Everyone who sees it has the same reaction to the beauty of the ring. I take all of the credit for picking it out but actually all of the credit goes to Krista and Angela - they will walk you through the whole process and will make sure that you walk away with exactly what you wanted (& More)

After reading the review, I decided to give them a call to obtain an appraisal for an engagement ring. Angela was very cordial so I made my appointment for the same day. Upon arrival, I was acknowledged while another customer was being attended to and I was offered a glass of water. This was welcoming. I felt as wealthy as the other customer --great PR. My experience was wonderful.

As soon as I walked in I knew I was in for a different shopping experience. I had been trying to get a ring reset for a while but all of the big jewelry stores I went to didn't make my small request a priority at all. I even called around to find a place that could reset the ring in less than a week and was told I should try a "mall jeweler" as if it was beneath them to even consider such a request. The women at Palas were amazingly sweet and made me feel like I was a top priority! While I was there I had a chance to look at the other beautiful and unique jewelry and was surprised at how reasonably priced everything was.

Cons: A little hard to find if you don't know where you're going

The grand opening was wonderful and so are the jewelry they sell. They are well experienced, know what the customer wants, and go the extra mile to deliver.
