The Fix at the Bellagio

We had a perfect birthday dinner experience at Fix. Our group of four got there early and had a champagne toast at the bar before being seated. Our waitress and wait staff were very helpful and super friendly. We decided to order small plates and apps to all share and asked to have the best selections on the menu. The recommendations were fantastic and everything tasted better than the next. Their specialty martinis were amazing and a candle in their signature desert doughnuts was the perfect ending. We all walked away very impressed with the meal and not spending as much as we would have if we went to an expensive steakhouse. Everything about the experience was exactly what we hoped for.

Had a reservation for 6:00, arrived on time but had to wait about twenty minutes to b e seated even thopugh there were plenty of empty tables. Ordered the filet mignon (10oz.) which proved to be very dry and not very tasty. Ordered a caeser but was told they had no clamato juice. Overall the portions are small anr the prices high. Bad experience all around. Not worth the money.

I'd eat just about everything on this menu. The truffle fries were delicious--I'm trying to recreate the sauce now! The banana filled doughnuts were really unique with fun presentation. The raspberry martini was wonderful (but really overpriced).

I just dined at FIX this week and all I can say is WOW!
From the warm greeting by the lovely hostess to the flawless service, (these waitresses where in top form!), and unbelievable food, I'd give MORE than 5 stars if there was a higher rating!! The bar staff was also incredible! Don't pay attention to the losers who wrote a bad review! They probably werent hip enough to get the coolest vibe ever in a restaurant- GO BACK TO APPLEBEES!!!

I was looking for a late evening snack and no matter how good the food is, service says it all. My bf and I ordered the sliders and lobster taco which were both yummy, but not having our servers (yes, multiple) come and check on us after we received our food or get us any refills definitely changes the mood. When we finally did get a refill, it took ten minutes for the waiter to return with our sodas! Finally came the bill and I know of no other place I have ever been where I was charged for a soda refill. $18.00 for two people to have less than 12 ounces of soda. That is outrageous! Good food, mediocre service at best and ridiculous prices.

During our trip to Vegas, we decided to try Fix after watching the water show. After being seated, our server got our drink menu and then never came back. After about 20 minutes, we had a new server and he was not a happy one. We never got drink refills unless we asked, our food order came out wrong and when it came out right the portions of the food were miniscule. The food was pricey for the the amount and for the quality. One of us never got our food order because they burned it in the back. We asked to speak to the manager and he never came over. When we got our bill they wanted us to pay for the food they burned and we never received. Overall it was a waste of time for us in Vegas. We had a way better experiece at Kuhunaville in Treasure Island.

My husband and I ate here with another couple before our show at Bellagio. Our reservations were for 8:00. We showed up a little early, about 7:45. We weren't seated until about 8:20.
I ordered the blt wedge ($18) salad. Enough for 2 people. The pepper parmesean dressing had a little kick to it. We all split the fried macaroni and cheese which was served with a cheese dipping sauce. Delicious. I just wished I wasn't so full so I could have eaten more. Craving them right now...
For my meal, I ordered the scallops ($34?). 3 large scallops with a beautiful presentation, served atop a fried potato patty, with bacon & a cream sauce. Very rich & filling, the 3 were enough. Scallops were the best I have had. Melted in my mouth. Once again, craving them right now...
My husband had the surf & turf with the lobster mash.
Other friend ordered chicken dish, but wished he got the scallops after seeing mine.
Wait staff was very attentive, always filling up your water glass. Even wiped off our table after our meal. Very professional.
I would definately go back again as would the rest of my party.

I recently went to the Fix restaurant on a double date. I knew what I was getting into before I went because I had eaten there before. Basically this is a restaurant that doesn't worry as much about the quality of food as they do about the presentation. It is a great place to go if you are looking for a low-key meal but you still want to dress up. When I went my husband ordered the mini burgers, which he was really happy about being able to order burgers in a nicer restaurant. My girlfriend and me ordered the scallops. My scallops were so salty I felt like someone had given me a spoon full of salt. I thought maybe their might have been a mistake made on my meal so I asked my friend how hers were and she said she couldn't eat hers either. My husband thought I was just being disagreeable tried them and was disgusted as well and he puts salt on everything. Just make sure you don't make the mistake I did and spend 35 dollars on something uneatable.

The hostess wasnt too bad but the waiters were amazingly nice. I never had to ask twice for anything, I always had water in my glass, they asked us if everything was okay. Both waiters were very attentive to us. The food was amazing. The Kobe mini burgers melted in my mouth. They have shrimp skewers that were absoultely wonderful. We had a $55 tasting menu with 3 appetizers and a main choice for the main course. Which was a great price for all the food especially for the quality of the food. I would have eaten a million Kobe burgers alone. The raspberry martini drink was really good too. I wanted to eat there every night if I could have. We all licked the plates clean it was so yummy.

Didnt enjoy my experience here. First of all, Hostess was pretty, but had an attitude. Guess I didnt look like I was their type of Clientele. ( 31, 27 year old married couple) Service was rushed, and I am simply not impressed by Macaroni and Cheese and Little Hamburgers. Bellagio has better Options to dine.

Again, I go to vegas every other month and everytime I am there I make a reservation at Fix. While the menu doesn't rotate the options are always good and I crave them.

You could have a great meal just off of the items below!
Lobster Tacos
Mac and Cheese
Buffalo wings

The atmosphere and bartenders at this great Vegas lounge are the best I have experienced in a while. No trip to Vegas is complete without your favorite drink at the bar and an appetizer in the lounge. The welcoming host staff and personable bartenders make FIX my all time favorite in Las Vegas.

Went this past Friday, the food and service were the best. The tastiest Cesar salad I have ever had. Get the mac and cheese and the lobster tacos!! yum. Our server always had a smile on his face and checked on us regularly.
Drinks are a little pricy ($12.00), but you are in Vegas, what do you expect?

I was just in Vegas this past weekend. I wanted to treat my boyfriend to a nice dinner and I'm so happy that we decided to go to FIX. The atmosphere was great, the service was great and the food was amazing.
We started out with their specialty drinks and the bread, both great! I had the most tender, perfectly cooked, melt in your mouth Filet mignon I have ever had! The portion size was good (10oz) and the price was so worth it ($42). Together with a side of hand cut fries, this was a perfect meal! For dessert we had the "cake and shake" (chocolate cake and espresso milk shake), this was perfect for us to share. The waitress did forget to bring us our appetizer but apologized and gave us the option if we still wanted it. With the size of the steaks and side dishes we decided not to.
Over all this is a great place for dinner in Vegas. For two people it will run about $160, but is more than worth it. We actually wanted to go back the next night. One suggestion... ask for a table which does not run beside the casino floor, unless you are a big people watcher. I would highly recommend FIX!

Ate here the weekend of 4/15/06 and loved it. The ambiance was fantastic-- great music, great service, delicious food. I highly recommend fitting this into your schedule. The mac and cheese sticks with truffle sauce were a perfect way to start dining experience. Everyone at the table was extremely happy with their meal. It is a very hip fun restaurant great for a group of 30 somethings with good taste and money to spend.

A bit noisy, but it is only reflecting the liveliness and friendliness of the restaurant..very friendly. Probably NOT a good place for a quiet romantic candlelight dinner. Conveniently located next to the Cirque de Soleil show "O" for a late night snack and drink. It's also close to the North entrance valet parking so you don't have to walk a mile through the casino to get there.

I went to the grand opening of Fix, and although it was packed, the food quality was supurb. I've been back several times since with no problems. My last experience there, however, was a different story. The menu had been considerably scaled down with few great choices. I did order "Bills Roll" a sushi appetizer and got 4 tiny sized greasy rolls. My friend had an appletini and I ordered a cadillac margarity; $12.00 each for drinks at two each, you do the math and bring a big wallet for your night out! On a bright note, our waiter was pleasant. If you want romance, though, don't go here. The two-seater tables are ackwardly close to the next couple on either side of you!

We ate at Fix, and it was utterly AMAZING. I had the surf & turf platter, and the beef was probably the best I have ever tasted. The service was great -- shout out to Errol and Eric! As a fan of design, the space was gorgeous. Overall, it was a great dining experience.

highly recommend planning bachelerette packages/party with the Light group. reservations is a must, there was 13 of us and did not have to wait. waiters are very friendly, attentive and good looking! A++ service! after dinner, we headed to Caramel for drinks, then the best part of the night is getting into Light without having to wait in line (the line was unbelievably long, started around 10, when we were still at dinner). music was awesome, top 40, hip hop/R&B. will definitely go back.

Made reservations at FIX and were looking forward to the evening. On arrival we were rudley informed by the hostess that we needed to wait until the 3rd person in the party showed before she could seat us, then told to move out of the way. 3rd person arrived shortly and we waited, waited and waited. Finally we were sat...in the bar, not restaurant, where we waited some more. Server finally arrives to take orders...we haven't even had a cocktail yet...had to ask if she could please bring us drinks, her answer- "oh you don't have cocktails yet"??? The only other time we saw her was to drop the check. The food was good- but after waiting forever and sitting in the crowded, noisy lounge it hardly made up for the evening. So many fabulous palces to eat in Vegas- we won't be putting up with this again-Go somewhere else.

For our last night, we decided to return (we had tickets to O and its convenienty nearby) and I had made reservations for the dining area. A big difference between here and the lounge, attentive staff, good sommelier (great albarino) and again, good food.

I would return, but would definately make a reservation for dinner as the lounge area just doesn´t match up with the rest of the experience, and that´s a sad thing, as this could be your "advertising spot", no it just seems the handle it as the "spot for the walk-ins" and put second degree service there...

This restaurant is a great place to have a special night out. The service here is excellent! Although the prices for the food are high, it's well worth it with the quality of the food, service and ambience.
