Best to look elsewhere!! 1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

After having a consultation with an unfriendly staff member who seemed to only care about the sales and not my needs, I decided to find another medspa. Not only was the staff rude, the prices were outrageous. They kept bad mouthing other med spas and stated that their prices are higher because their lasers are better. However, after doing some research, I found that to be false. They made me feel extremely uncomfortable as though I didn't belong there. After doing some research, I found a great medspa that I am currently going to. They are also located inside the Woodland's mall, and their prices are affordable, the staff is wonderful, but best of all, I am well on my way to being hair free!

Pros: NONE!
Cons: RUDE STAFF, HIGH PRICES

BEST MEDSPA AROUND!! 5 Star Rating - World class

I get Botox and Restylane here. I have had this done at other spa's before, but out of all that I have been to, Sona medspa is the best.
I was so impressed with the staff. They are so friendly and they explain everything to you, even the Receptionist is very knowledgeable with products, and services. Their is a medical staff performing all services, and I just love Stephanie!!
If you looking for the best, look no further.

Pros: Valet Parking, Inside Woodlands Mall, across from my Yoga studio
Cons: Call ahead for appointments.

Great customer service 5 Star Rating - World class

If you want to feel like your the most important customer they have.
And be in an enviroment were people are friendly and really care about your needs. Sona Med Spa
is the place for you. Besides warm and friendly , the staff at sona is very noligable about their services. They take very good care of the clients. Sona is first class.!

Pros: convient valet parking rembersment. convient appointment scheduling, great customer service
Cons: the estetition is only there one day a week
