I just called this company to talk to them about my washer and the guy on the phone was so rude I hung up on him. WHY be in business if one is going to act this way!

I NEVER write reviews wheather I get bad or good service, but this time they crossed the line! I had a probem with my appliance and I (stupid) didnt read any reviews and called this company to come out and fix my dryer. First of all the girl on the phone needs to learn some manners and some english! She was NOT Customer Friendly, and i could barely understand what she was saying. I had to repeat my address at least 4 times! When they came out, they were a little late but i didnt care about it. The problems started when they gave me an estimate! I could buy a dryer and a half for that price! My dryer is till pretty new, maybe 3 years old or less, so i decided to go ahead and fix it anyways. The guy fixed it. BUT he didnt clean up after himself.. Left a huge mess, on my nice tile! Everytime i would come by to check on his progress with the dryer, he would seem to get angry and was giving me looks. I mean this is my house and i have the right to come by and check on the guy, right?! When i asked him what was wrong with it, he told me -"READ THE INVOCE!".... I mean that is just horrible customer service.... Anyways the dryer was fixed and i thought i would never see them again.... WRONG! The dryer broke AGAIN within 2 weeks.. Since i still had warranty from those guys, I called them. So the same guy came over and told me that now it was a different problem and i would have to pay again! I told him to get out of my house! So I called a different company, they came out and fixed it for half the price, and guess what, it was the same problem as first time! Smith Brothers are Frauds! I called them, but the owner was (OFCOURSE) not available. It was about 3 weeks ago. Still havent heard a word from him.... Dont be fooled by these guys. They have different addresses on the internet, so make sure you ask what company you are speaking with when you call Appliance Repair. These guys are also known as OC REPAIR. HORRIBLE SERVICE. A BUNCH OF FRAUDS!

I called OC Appliance Repair (Smith Bros.) because my washer was not working. A technician came to fix it for a cost of $296 for a lid switch. After he left I did a load of laundry but the liquid fabric softener dispenser now did not empty. I had not had a problem with this before, only after the tec. was here. So I called and explained what the problem was and set up another appointment. The day of the second service, I called and said I wanted to make sure that I was not going to have to pay for another $70 service call fee because the problem was obviously caused during the last service. The owner was extremely rude to me and made it sound like I had broken the dispenser and wanted them to fix it for free. This was definitely NOT the case and I don't appreciate being spoken to the way he spoke to me. I would NEVER recommend this company for anyone to use. There are many other companies that can do the job without being insulting and rude. To cut a long story short, they refused to send out a technician to rectify the problem.

I called appliance repair yesterday afternoon, explained my problem and was told that a serviceman could come out the next morning to check it out. The serviceman, Tony, called 15 min. prior to our appt. and stated that he was on his way. When he arrived, he was courteous and professional and discovered the problem within 5 minutes. He had the part needed in his truck and replaced the faulty defrost control in 20 minutes and was on his way. He advised me that if we had any problems with the refrigerator in the next 30 days, he would return free of charge to check out any problems.

Being the first time I'd used this service I was skeptical, but I was impressed with the punctuality, professionalism and low fees. Great job.
