My stay at the Crowne Plaza was on Sat. 7-7-07, let me begin by checking in, it took too long, they only had one person checking in people. It took about 30 minutes just to get our room key, and then after waiting for a receipt for about 10 minutes, I was asked to come back later for it because the printer was not working. I go to my room and my air conditioner did not work. The womens public restrooms were not clean, did not have toilet paper, when asked them to have it cleaned it took about 45 minutes. The rooms also smelled like a hospital. I also had some other famiy members who stayed in the hotel as well, and all had something wrong with their rooms, tv's and radio's were not working. My parents bathroom smelled like urine, and you could see mold in the tub. I would not recommend this hotel. It is overpriced for all the things that were wrong. Go to Hampton Inn down the road it is way better!!!!
