Best Ride Ever 5 Star Rating - World class

I am a new bride and a few weeks ago I thought I was all set for my perfect day. The day came and about 12:00 pm I was waiting on my limo to pick me up and it never came. So my bridesmaid got on the net and we found Epps Limousines. She called Mr. Epps and explained to him what had happened and asked if he could help us. He moved some of his apponitments around he was there to get us within a hour of us calling him and we were still able to get to the wedding in time and Mr. Epps stayed at the church until the wedding was over and took us to the reception and then to the airport to catch our flight for our honeymoon. Had it not been for Mr. Epps, I don't know what we would have done.

above and beyond the call of duty 5 Star Rating - World class

I used this service on my birthday, after calling numerous of other services and getting the run around, someone told me about "Epps Limousine Services" and I call them. They were very friendly, courteous and professional, even though they only had a 24hr notice, they took care of me, showed up on time, as a matter of fact 30min ahead of schedule, the vechicle very clean and smelled very good, took me where I needed to be and was there when I was ready to leave. I have nothing but good intentions to use them again for all my events and special occassions. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS

Best Ride This Side of Town!!! 5 Star Rating - World class

I loved the service and the professionalism of Epps Limousine Services. The driver exemplified the upmost in luxury,class and excellence. This is a service I would recommend to anyone. I had to write about my experience with them. They have luxury cars equipped with the necessary nuisances for a "good time" while traveling to your destination. Thanks Mr. Epps for a business such as yours.

Not a Reliable Limousine Service 1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

What happened the second week I used EPPS Limousines to drive me to the airport? They DIDN'T SHOW UP! It gets worse: 12 hours after my pick up time and still they made no effort to contact me to offer an apology or explanation. When I emailed EPPS Limousines to let them know that they had just lost a regular customer, they finally responded by informing me that one client is a "small price to pay" because EPPS Limousines has "32 major accounts". Nice, huh?
