A great twist on the standard dinner party and something guests will remember. Eight of us cooked a delicious Vietnamese meal we never would have ventured solo. Good icebreaker for new friends or a corporate/charity event.

They have catered several times for us at our home, ranging from seated dinners to large cocktail parties. We have tried many different items from their wide-ranging menu and the food has been consistently excellent. Their commitment to delivering a high level of service that matches their passion for great food is evident. They are professional and they are in full command of all aspects of the job (from set-up, to staff oversight, to clean-up) -- working with them is always a seamless and smooth experience. Compared to many other caterers we've used, I don't think you will find a better combination of value, food, and service. And our dogs love them!

We hired 2 Peas for my husband's birthday dinner and they could not have done a more spectacular job. The food was INCREDIBLE -- inventive, fresh, and delicious. Their service was discreet and elegant, and they were personally so nice to have around -- I didn't want them to leave! If you have a special event -- or even a casual dinner party -- this is the team to hire. I can't say enough about them.

This company offers a service to customers that brings their chefs to your
home to cook along side of you to create an amazing array of dishes to
serve to your family. Their personal touch and creative ideas, brought an
Italian flare to our home as my Mother and Grandmother spent hours
cooking together with their staff. After teaching and offering a new twist to
ordinary dishes, our family sat down to dinner and shared their stories of
the kitchen.

We hired them to give my Mother and Grandmother an opportunity to learn
a few new Italian dishes before my mom headed off to Italy for the first time.
The menu and dishes were selected by Phil (The owener and one of the chefs),
after we sent him mom's trip itinary, to introduce the her to dishes that would
be served in the regions of Italy where she and my dad were headed.

The service and personal attention that they provided made the experience for
my mother and Grandmother one they will never forget!

Yummmmmm sweet pea ravioli with corn sauce - the perfect balance of light favors -- was our favorite but the truffled mini grilled cheese were also like nothing we have ever tasted in a restaurant!!! Ask about the lemon pine nut tart - it was a creme brule presentation that tasted like lemon bars only better with a nutty crust, we will try every seasonal menu. Thanks Lauren and Phil - you strike the perfect balance of catering home cooked atmosphere and casualness with restaurant flavors

Pros: perfect home dinner party without the fuss of cooking with lots of leftovers

Cons: you'll have to reheat the leftovers yourself (or eat cold they are so yummy)

A great experience. They catered our dinner party for 20 very sophisiticated guests, every one of them commented on the excellent food and creative menu. They worked in less than ideal conditions without a single complaint and were completely professional from start to finish. Without a doubt, a great choice for dinner parties or speacial events. We will be using them again soon!

Pros: Very easy to work with. Everything happened as planned.

When we hired 2 Peas for our party, we had no idea that the ovens would stop working and the fire alarm would go off - and continue to go off - loudly through the first half of the event. Not only did they improvise beautifully in preparing our meal, but they saved the day with food that was a delicious distraction. All the while, Phil and Lauren had a great attitude and were an absolute pleasure to know. Will definitely use again!

i got my boyfriend a cooking class for his birthday. it could not have been a better evening. we cooked the "indian feast"...and feast it was. the food was unbelievable. lauren and phil were great teachers. they made it fun, informative and delicious. i learned how to make an incredible chicken tiki masala and my boyfriend's egglant was pretty great as well. such a great night. something that is different and something that we will definitely do again. in fact, i have already hired them to cater a dinner party we are having...i can't wait.

These 2 beautiful "Peas" traveled all the way to our home in Amagansett, led an interactive cooking class for 12, guided us in preparing a fantastic "Country Tuscan Dinner", and did all the cleaning to boot! Get your hands on their recipe for Tomato and Sheep's Milk Cheese Bruschetta before the Peas get wise...

2 Peas was completely professional, well organized, and reassuring. They produced an inventive and sophisticated menu, breezed into my kitchen, and whipped everything into shape. The food was exquisite; our guests raved about dinner. And I felt like a guest, delighting in every dish. The 2 peas team created a very special -- formal, yet intimate -- dinner. Highly recommend.

In a remote Caribbean location, with very limited supplies and almost no equipment, they managed to put together great food for 50 people! And run a cooking class on top of everything. Delicious and lots of fun.

We had them do a party and a cooking class. Not only is the food great but they bring a real intimacy to an evening that is unusual in this city. Try the short ribs!
