We are a small business of friendly people, fully licensed, insured and bonded. We take our job seriously, utilizing computerized cleaning lists tailored to each room in a building. These are the estimated flat charges for a light-to-normal routine cleaning, once every two weeks. These are not quotes; your quote will vary from these estimates, based on your individual needs: Studio or small 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment/condo - $64 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom House/Apartment/Condo - $96 2+ bedroom, 2+ bathroom House/Apartment/Condo - $128+ Our minimum for a cleaning visit is $64; first-time cleanings can be higher than ongoing cleanings. Rates are higher for special cleaning needs, lots of stairs, if you have pets, or other time-intensive cleaning work. Our routine service does not include windows and carpets, but we can do them for additional charges.

Highly recommended! 5 Star Rating - World class

I've used them every other week for nearly 1 year. The cleaners are great, the supervisor and owner are great, they provide excellent service, and lots of little touches that go beyond just a basic clean. I love coming home after they've been here. I even live outside their core service area so be sure and contact them as maybe they can serve you.
