We called on a Saturday morning to have our carpets cleaned, and they came that afternoon. It only took an hour, and our carpets look like new! Very nice and professional, good price. I would recommend this company.
The job performance was not at par to the standards set by the previous reviews. F&S was so fast that some areas were not thoroughly steam cleaned.
I had severel stains on my carpet nobody could remove. Father and son carpet care sent out John Francis and I was amazed at the result. The replacement cost on my carpet was $2,500 dollars John saved me from that cost as far as I'm concerned. I will recommend to my friends.
